Thank you. I can see the html for the burger is in place, the css does not hide it so it should be there.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

You need to disable the mega menu, then it will be vertical, or uncheck the checkbox that the menu item starts a new column.
