When you attach images you can specify the size to be used
You can pick the more appropriate once. More like portfolio size will work better in this case.

This element was not build to be expendable like this.
Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

Well, Enfold has the Audio player element that can be used for a single recording or to show the whole playlist
The rest is images and text in color sections or grid rows.
In case, you need the custom post type for the podcast, that is a customization that needs to be added.
