Hey Denis Bellone,

You will need to remove the old version of the theme, upload the new version and the content will stay there.

You can export the theme options and then import them to the new version, so most of the settings will stay too.

You need to make sure you have made complete backups of the websites and that your php version is higher than 5.6.3.

It should not be a lot of work but you might run into some issues and we are always here to help.

Layer Slider does not work with Gutenberg, you can update to the latest even via FTP and then disable Gutenberg and slider should work fine.
