You put the contact form in the color section. The color section is a full-width element and so it pushes the sidebar down. Try adding the contact form in the 1/1 element.

Yes, you need to remove this file too
/var/www/annettebirkmann.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_upcoming.php

This issue was happening in one of the older versions and is due to the reason that some files on update did not get removed.
