Well, screen options work best with Enfold sliders, do you absolutely need to use the Rev slider?

You are using WordPress version that has Gutenberg but the 4.5 theme is not ready for it. Please update the theme to the latest version, to 4.5.7.
Then you will be able to choose which editor you want to use in the theme options.

You add two sliders to the page and use screen options to hide one on desktop and show on mobile and do the opposite with the other.

What is the background request blocked that gets blocked? WordPress and eve Advanced Layout Builder use those to update or retrieve data and your security plugins can be blocking them.

Which Enfold are you running? We had the issue with way older versions and also it can be the issue on the Instagram side.
