NO, it will break menu positioning and will not help the jumping issue. Don’t change the font on hover, change the color or background.

You can add the menu with one menu item, it will show on all screens and we can give you css to make it not clickable on mobile.

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Or you can look for a plugin that will allow you to build this flow.

No, not really, you can only remove the title from the media library for the images that you know you don’t want the title shown, then you can delete the script added from the thread you posted above.

The menu is a different function and it can be changed anyhow and anytime you need, it will not affect your blog page layout.
