Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

It is very confusing. It is better to put your code in the Quick css and disable and enable merging, this way the code will go to the generated file dynamic_avia and will be applied on the website.
