What scrollbar are you referring to? I do not see a scrollbar on the desktop either.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

This code works fine, I added it to the Quick css and it works on all screen sizes.

Sorry for the problem, could you try to delete the theme from the server, then upload the new version to see if that helps, please? You are getting that error since the file in question has moved to a different location and it was happening in a way older version.
