It works fine when I disable css merging on your end. Please check.

You can use a caching plugin for css merging if the built-in feature does not work for you.

As for the menu being cut-off, it is the parallax section covering it, please disable the parallax effect and see if the issue persists.

Well, if the images were loaded before, you need to change the links. You need to clear the cache and maybe use the force SSL plugin.
