Enfold does not cache admin, especially Enfold has nothing to do with the list of pages shown in the dashboard. Please try using a different browser, it can be the one caching aggressively or a caching plugin is configured badly.

You need to have less content so that the page content height is the same as the browser height. You need to reduce the whitespace on the page. The Layer Slider height is 810px on my end and it makes the page scroll, it will be difficult to fix it with the Layer Slider.

The Google fonts that “come with the theme” are still loaded externally from https://fonts.gstatic.com/ and so they do require the opt-in or you can download this font from Google, upload it to your website and load if from there, then cookies notice for the fonts will not be required.
