Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

.av-portfolio-grid-sorting-container a .image-overlay {
    display: none !important;
}

The images have a lot of whitespace around the chairs, it should be reduced, then the chairs will be bigger in the portfolio grid.
