Unfortunately, Enfold’s menu does not work like that.
It would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you or look for a plugin with such functionality :)

You need to have the option to delete old CSS and JavaScript files at all times, so when you save the theme options, the files will be deleted.

Well, now that you removed the code, we cannot really see the widget and cannot help you put it in the right place. Also, if you add the code in the theme and not the child theme, every update will erase the code.

Then you just delete the logo in the Theme Options > Header > Transparency options
You just edit the slides in the slider and change the captions.

Yes, both sliders are loaded all the time, just one is shown. This is how it works at the moment. Media queries can help to hide the elements but they will not prevent them from loading, unfortunately.

Well, most of our users are using WPML or Polylang, there was an issue with TranslatePress but it was due to the requests being blocked by the hosting provider. So it is used by some users. I have not tried it personally, maybe some of my colleagues can comment on their experience with it.

Well, the hardcoded link is taking to the French page. It is better to have the contact in the menu and then the links will take to the appropriate pages.

Unfortunately, this kind of customization is not covered by the scope of the support here. It will require some custom coding.
You might want to hire a freelancer to do it for you or look for a plugin with such functionality.
