My IP is dynamic and so it will not really help to whitelist it. You might want to ask your provider to allow access from Ukraine, Philippines, Greece, USA and Latvia. This is where me and my colleagues are.

The map is shown by the event plugin and not the theme, in fact the api key is not even added in the theme options. So you might want to write to the plugin support on the matter.

Please follow the steps in this section:

Theme Registration

As for the tags, when you build posts with the Advanced Layout Builder you need to add all elements manually. So you will need to use a tag widget in the widget area in the blog post.
