The MailChimp element wan not built to work in the popup. So even if it can be shown in a popup, it cannot be validated there and messages are not shown, it requires additional coding that we cannot provide within the scope of this support, unfortunately.
You can hire a freelancer to do it for you or look for a plugin that allows building such functionality.

Well, you can use masonry with the relevant post category selected to be shown.
As for the archive pages, here is how to change their layout:

The icons work fine on the pages provided in private in Safari on iPhone 11. There is no mose-over on mobile, there is only a tap and so while tapped I am taken to the underlying link.
Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you or use any of the search plugins available :)

Well, yes, the form for the requests is not working anymore.
Yes, the tab titles need to be tapped to move but the tab content can be swiped on the mobile. Some users choose to add arrows on the side to indicate that there are more tabs.

If the posts are built with the Advanced Layout Builder the titles are not rendered by the theme, they are rendered automatically if the posts are built with the Classic editor. This has always been like this. Did you switch the editor?

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.
