Thanks for the screenshot. If you remove those line breaks in the debug mode and save the page, the breaks should be gone. But the Shortcodes will be showing back to back not to easy to read.

One way this can be done is by editing the header.php file or actually the /enfold/includes/helper-main-menu.php file to remove the logo and add the necessary code there.
