The menu in the sidebar can be re-assgined if you you go to Appearance > Widgets and assign the menu you need to the sidebar

If you’re using German formal, it’s not translated there, you can edit the file /lang/de_DE_formal.po or you can switch to the normal German version and it should be translated there.

Normally, it can be added in the ::before or ::after attributes, but in this case all of them are used already in the TOC element html and it’s not working this way.

You should wrap the code in the media query as the code above, so that it does not break things on smaller screen sizes.

I uploaded the zip to my machine and I saw flaticon in the import and then I realized, in the zip all the font files have the name of flaticon and so the. uploaded just replaces them, you need to go to the zip and rename all those files to “dogs” for example, like dogs.woff, zip the folder again and upload it
