Hi,

Thanks for the update. You need to be able to inspect your site in the browser to be able to find out why your CSS is not applying. Like in this case: https://imgur.com/a/3epfkyB. The CSS is there, but you need to use !important after your arguments.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I can’t say if this is a bug or not, but that is the way it works in the latest version of the theme. Nothing has been changed in the behaviour of this element according to our developers. I have been discussing the behaviour with them though, and they will try to find a solution for it. It should hopefully be included in the next release of the theme.

I don’t have a solution to offer you at this time, but please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue, and I’ll let you know once we have a solution.

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure if this will work, but please try this CSS in order to target every fourth element, and give it a margin-right of 0:

Thanks for the update. The CSS Yigit posted added a white border to your button, if that is not what you want then I don’t understand what you mean by “white space”. Do you have a mockup or similar to clarify your intentions?

Then something must be corrupt in the parent theme. Please try to completely delete the parent theme files, then upload a fresh copy with you can download from your Themeforest account.

If that doesn’t work then please upgrade the account to have admin rights, we can’t access the theme option otherwise.

Hey ezfl0w,

Theme resources will be loaded if the theme is active. If you want to start using Gutenberg instead then it might be a better idea to rebuild the site on a development site, then transfer it over to your live site once it’s finished. After that then you don’t need Enfold anymore, and you could activate one of the default WordPress themes instead.

Hi Zack,

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Hi,

Thanks for that. I was unsure if private pages had worked in the past, but our developer says that the page always needed to public for this to work. We might implement a check in a future version though, so that only publicly published pages will be listed in the dropdown.

Thanks for the update and clarification, I see the same problem on my end too unfortunately. Does the same thing happen if you place the same widget in the blog or page sidebar too? Also please try to activate one of the default WordPress themes to see if the problem persists.
