Hi,
Thanks for helping out @guenni007 :-)
If you need any further help on the topic @MyGirlFriday805, then please try to explain your intentions a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHey jelle,
I’m not sure if that would be possible or not, but there’s nothing like that in the theme by default, and creating it would be out of scope of theme support. The plugin you linked to might work though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this instead:
div.aviabuttonhigh { margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: -50px; }Best regards,

Thanks for reaching out, we are not accepting guest posts at the moment though.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, the login page loaded after reloading the page. Could you try disabling all plugins to see if that changes anything please? If not then please try reaching out to your hosting provider, as they should be able to give you a more specific answer as to why the server is responding with those error messages.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Thanks for that. I tried editing your functions.php file, but it’s not letting me change anything:
Something went wrong. Your change may not have been saved. Please try again. There is also a chance that you may need to manually fix and upload the file over FTP.
Could you share FTP login details as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Ambrose,
The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify. If you are running WordPress 5.6 then we are aware of the problem, we don’t have a solution for you as of yet though. If you could roll back to WordPress 5.5.3 then that would fix the problem temporarily.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. After logging in it’s asking for a confirmation code though:
An Authentication Code has been sent to the email address associated with your account. Look for an email with “Login Authentication Code” in the subject line.
Could you share that as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Thanks for reporting this, we are aware of the problem and we’re working on a solution. You can roll back to WordPress 5.5.3 until then.

RikardDecember 10, 2020 at 3:37 pm in reply to: Help putting icons in one row on small bar in header #1266315Hi,
Thanks for that. If you replace this in the shortcode:
position='left'with this:
position=''then it should not float over to the left.

RikardDecember 10, 2020 at 2:50 pm in reply to: Transparent Header on scroll doesn't work now with update #1266300Hi HLL_Virtual_Bookkeeping,
Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Thanks for sharing your experience @jvingerhoets :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi Simon,
The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify.
Could you try to rename the plugin folder via FTP, in order to deactivate all plugins please? Also try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can see why the site is responding with a 500 error, or share error logs with us here.

I’m not sure exactly what you are referring to when it comes to the problem with the submenu, could you explain a bit further how to reproduce that please?

RikardDecember 10, 2020 at 1:18 pm in reply to: WP update 5.6 – Submenu Sticky and Mobile Menu not working #1266285Hi scionet and maguro,
Sorry for the problems, we are aware of them. Please try to roll back to WordPress 5.5.3 while we are working on them.
Best regards,
RikardHi Ambrose,
The login details you posted are not working, but if you are running WordPress 5.6, then the answer I gave to @promosapien applies in your case as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi promosapien,
This problem was introduced with the WordPress 5.6 update, and we’re not sure what is causing it yet unfortunately. It should work if you roll back to 5.5.3 though.
Best regards,
RikardHi peterolle,
If you don’t have to update to PHP 8 then I would recommend that you hold off for a while, since we have only started testing the theme with that. WordPress 5.6 has caused one problem in the latest version of the theme; if you are using an alternate menu for mobile in the theme settings, then that will not work. Other than that we haven’t seen any real problems with 5.6.
Best regards,
RikardHi David,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo img { margin-top: -10px !important; } }Best regards,

RikardDecember 10, 2020 at 12:14 pm in reply to: Advanced Layout Buuilder doesn't work and 2 pages gone #1266263Hi Christina,
Thanks for the update. I’m glad to hear that the layout builder is working again.
About your disappearing pages; the theme doesn’t delete content at random, so we can’t really say why the pages are missing unfortunately. You could restore the site from a backup where they were present, but maybe it would be easier to simply recreate them again?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You have this CSS applying on your site:
.avia_textblock a, #features a, #mls-attributes a, #mls-details a, .av-subheading_below a, .page-id-1772 .iconbox_content_container a, .iconbox_content_container a, .template-blog a { color: #368fa5 !Important; }Please remove it, or remove the !important bit, then your inline styling should apply again.
Best regards,
RikardHi Daniel,
The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi Leidulv,
I’m very sorry for your problem, but like you said, we are not supporting that theme anymore. I would recommend that you switch over to our most popular theme Enfold: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990 as soon as possible. And yes, you would have to rebuild the site, but that should be relatively easy using the Layout Builder in Enfold.
Best regards,
RikardHi hugolamb,
There is a problem with using an alternate menu for mobile when running WordPress 5.6 unfortunately, we are aware of the problem and we’re working on solving the problem as soon as possible.
Best regards,
RikardHi borisborx,
The theme has never support that kind of layout, so I’m guessing that you used custom CSS in order to achieve that? Could you share the CSS you used before when this was working please?
Best regards,
Rikard -
