Hi,
Thanks for the update. I don’t see any WordPress login details in your last reply, could you post those as well? I see that you are still running on old version on the site, so if you are still having problems, then please update to the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.4): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. We can’t see that screenshot either, since it’s not shared publicly. For reference, this is what I see on my end: https://imgur.com/a/A93YT5u

RikardHey Dzammit,
That means that you have uploaded them to folders with different names, you can check that via FTP, in the themes folder. If you rename the newly uploaded folder to the old name, then all your settings should be kept in the new version.

Thanks for that. I enabled debug mode and copied the shortcodes to a new page, I got the same error message when trying to paste all of the shortcode, but after removing the last code block element, then it works as expected.
I tried adding the code in question to a new page using the default WordPress editor, and the same error message appears. There is likely something wrong with the script, or it might have to be added using a function instead.
Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that, it doesn’t seem to be working though:

When you are using the Classic Editor, then elements like that will show up under the content. If you use the Block Editor, then they will be placed in the sidebar.
I’m not familiar with the plugin in question, so please try to explain the problem you are having with it a bit further. It might also be a good idea to reach out to the authors of the plugin for support.

RikardHey invoice_oviavo,

Thanks for that. The Facebook toggle is displaying fine on my end under Enfold->Blog Layout. If you still can’t see it then please try logging in with the account you sent us, or use a different browser.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Try this instead:
div.aviabuttonhigh { margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: -50px !important; }Best regards,
RikardHey zeitraum_,
Your front page seems to load pretty quickly according to the test in private, but it is very heavy in images, the page is almost 18mb which is too much. Please try to optimise your images a bit to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHey eyeqindia,
Thanks for the login details. I can’t login into your site though, it results in a 500 internal server error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at (Email address hidden if logged out) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you are worried about losing your work, then please make sure that you have backups of it first of all. After that then please located the theme folder of your installation, then manually place the new theme files there in a folder with a different name, for example enfold_new. After that you should be able to activate the theme in WordPress.
Best regards,
RikardHey Fabrice,
It’s supposed to give you a scrollbar like you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/cYDCqWf. What exactly are you doing in order to get the results like in your screenshots?
Best regards,
RikardHey Yossi,
Thanks for the screenshots. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.rtl.search h2.post-title { margin-right: 60px; }Best regards,
RikardHi MJM,
Sorry for the problem, this was introduced with WordPress 5.6, but we don’t have a solution right now unfortunately. The alternatives would be to use your main menu, as Pete suggested above, or to roll back WordPress to 5.5.3 until we have a solution.

RikardDecember 11, 2020 at 10:42 am in reply to: Website is glitching – spaces aren't working properly #1266502Hey vantagepointmg,
Please this in Quick CSS to adjust the title:
h1.product_title { line-height: 1.8em; }I’m not sure which button you are referring to though, is it the one in the main menu?
Try this to adjust the submit button:
button.frm_button_submit { padding: 27px 20px 18px 20px !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The alternate mobile menu functionality broke under WordPress 5.6, and we haven’t found a solution for that as of yet. Could you try rolling back WordPress to 5.5.3 please? It should be working in that version.
Best regards,
RikardHey bb,
Thanks for the login details. The Accordion is working fine on my end on the services page, how can we reproduce the problem you are having?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. This is not a general problem with the theme, so we would have to test different things to find out the cause. If you can’t change things on your live site, then please copy it to a staging site, so that you can test things there instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you view the menu you have selected on the page in private, you will see that it only contains one page. You need to add the pages which you want to display in the mobile menu to the actual menu you have selected to display.
Best regards,
RikardHey martinmdot,
There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, does Google provide code for implementing it maybe?
Best regards,
RikardHey KatrienW,
I can’t see any problems on my end, could you let us know how to reproduce it please? I can’t view the screenshot you posted, please upload it to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to it here.
If the problem is caused by third party code, then I would advise that you reach out to the authors for support.
