RikardHi Frances,
Could you post links to where we can see it working, and not working please?

Thanks for the screenshots. Please send us temporary WordPress admin login and login URL as well, so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey badoes,
Sorry for the problem. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It’s not possible to log into your site:

Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. So this only happens when you have PHP 7.3 or 7.4 active? Did you try to disable all plugins and activate the parent theme, before you change the PHP version?

Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

RikardHi,
Please use this plugin in order to upload the zip file instead then: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. Or upload it manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install
Best regards,
RikardHey Hans-Martin,
Sorry for the problem. We don’t have access to information like that, so you would have to reach out to Envato/Themeforest for help. If you haven’t purchased the license yourself, then I don’t think they will give you any information unfortunately. If that should be the case, then you would likely have to purchase an additional license.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try installing the Envato markets plugin, to see if that helps. Also make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server.
Best regards,
RikardHi guil-cap,
I’m not sure what you mean by your last reply, could you try to explain a bit further please?

You can send us login details in private if your site is protected. It’s very difficult to help you out unless we can actually see the problem.
What you mean by country boxes? Are you referring to the ones under the MY FAVORITE PLACES header on the page you linked to? If so then please try the Grid Row element.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
There’s no support for SVG images by default in WordPress, so you would have to look for a plugin first of all. After that you can use the Image element inside a Color Section element.
You could also try to add the image manually in text block element for example:
<img src="url to your image" alt="alt text">Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please refer to the screenshot in private, you don’t need to set a location for the menu.
I see that you have updated to WordPress 5.6, please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and select to use jQuery 1.12.4 in the plugin options. Otherwise the alternate menu for mobile won’t work in the current version of the theme.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. RikardHi,
It’s working on my end, both in the search result pages, and when clicking into a page from the search result.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and change the jQuery version in the plugin to 1.12.4.
Best regards,
RikardHi Joerg,
That happens since you have selected to use a transparent header, please change that in the Layout menu on the page in question.
Best regards,
RikardHey Munford,
Are you running WordPress 5.6? If so then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the version to 1.12.4 to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHey Cristina,
I’m not sure exactly what you are referring to, but autoplay videos are disable for mobile devices. You can set a fallback image in the element options though, or hide the element in question for mobile devices, and use the regular Video element instead.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly what you are looking to achieve, but it looks like you applied a background the button container. If you don’t want the white space between the button and the border, then please remove that.

Thanks for the update. I can’t see any error messages when saving the first page in private, how can we reproduce the problem?
I do see problems on the second page in private though, the server is throwing 403 errors on some files. Could you reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can see why that is please? If you have access to server logs then please share them with us as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHey Silverio,
Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

I agree, I posted one here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/. We will add to it if there are more solutions other that changing the jQuery version.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to install the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the version to legacy 1.12.4.
Best regards,
