Please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Did you manage to get the new version of the theme installed?

RikardDecember 16, 2020 at 4:21 am in reply to: Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response. #1267642Hi,
I still can’t see the JSON error when I try to update the page in private, but I do see the error message that I referred to in my previous reply:
I do see problems on the second page in private though, the server is throwing 403 errors on some files. Could you reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can see why that is please? If you have access to server logs then please share them with us as well.
Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider please? You could try to disable all plugins as well, to see if that changes anything. And install this plugin, and clear all WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/. Also please try to activate the parent theme, to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
1. You had selected for that menu to be shown as your secondary menu under Appearance->Menus, I deselected it for you.
2. You can select any menu for mobile, simply set the menu of your choice under Enfold->Main Menu->General->Alternate Menu for Mobile.
Best regards,
RikardHey jamlap,
Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and change the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, I’m glad that you found the culprit. I’m not sure what that plugin does to be honest with you, what exactly do you need it for?
Best regards,
RikardHi ignitionworkshop,
Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site. If you have screenshots of the problem, then that would help as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi ratoli,
Thanks for pointing that out, it’s helpful for sure.
Best regards,
RikardHey Michelle,
Sorry for the problem. Please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then change to jQuery version 1.12.4 in the plugin options.

Thanks for that. The details you posted don’t seem to work though:
ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect.
Please check and verify.

RikardxxHi,
You can do that by disabling the plugin in question, you can try to disable WP Rocket as well, to see if that changes anything.
If that doesn’t help then please update to the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.4). This update has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Could you try to disable all plugins to see if that changes anything?
Best regards,
RikardHey Joey,
I’m not sure what you mean by this:
I can’t select multiply together answers.
Could you try to explain the problem a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHey MR,
We don’t have access to purchase codes ourselves unfortunately, you would have to reach out to Envato/Themeforest support to see if they can help you out with that. I’m not sure if they will provide you with any information, but if they can’t, then it’s probably best if you purchase a new license for the site.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t reproduce the problem on my end though, as you can see in the screenshot I posted. If you should need further help with this then please try reaching out to the authors of the plugin or third party code you are using.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see exactly what is going wrong there, but this CSS looks to be part of the problem at least:
#top .avia-button.avia-color-light { border-width: 1px !important; border-radius: 0px!important; background: none!important; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 0.04em; }Could you try removing all custom CSS you have added which affects the buttons, and then add it back block by block, to see what is causing the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Gerry,
Thanks for that. The login details are not working though, please check and verify:

Thanks for the update. I tried logging in to check your setting, but the details you posted are not working:

RikardHi Madita,
If you don’t own a license the you will likely have to purchase a new one unfortunately. Once you have access to a license then the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

RikardHi,
You can see if you click the link to the test or run it yourself, right now there is 11mb of images on your front page.
There are a lot of suggestions listed in the second test, which you can try out.

RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Thomas,
It seems to display as on the demo when I remove the code I gave you, could you try to remove it again please? If it goes back to the earlier state then please include admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHey eX_clama,
Thanks for the login details. You have open markup in your content, which breaks the Layout Builder:
Nuestro modelo de negocio es muy simple <strong>(y, sí, realmente es gratis)Please close that properly, and it should work as expected after that.
Also, an external programmer has told us that 120 lines of code are missing.
What code exactly is missing and from where?
Best regards,
RikardHey mumince,
Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/#logo-centered-split-menu
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The SG Optimizer plugin is causing this problem when file compression is active under Enfold->Performance. I turned that off, and your site works fine after that.
Best regards,
RikardHey Talker77,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
div.single-product-main-image { display: none; }Best regards,
