Hi Peter,
You are getting this error when trying to save the theme options for example: https://www.howtogeek.com/359267/what-is-a-400-bad-request-error-and-how-can-i-fix-it/, could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they know why the server is responding with that error code please?
Best regards,
RikardHey comunicahair,
It looks to be working in the last screenshot? And the first ones doesn’t have the Layout Builder activated? If you need further help then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I don’t think the theme is responsible for those errors though, since the files throwing errors are not from the theme, and I can’t reproduce the problem on a local installation. What happens if you disable all plugins except WooCommerce and the jQuery migrate helper?
Best regards,
RikardHi Steve,
Thanks for the update. I’ve added some CSS to fix your mobile menu, please check it again.
The warnings from the plugin is nothing to worry about, it won’t affect anything on the site. Once the next version of the theme is released then you should be able to remove the plugin completely.
Best regards,
RikardHi PhilWi,
Thanks for brightening up the support forum on this sunny Thursday afternoon.
1. Could you post a link to your actual site and let us know what changes you want to make to your logo?
2. You can change the background of the logo area under Enfold->General Styling.
3. You can do that by setting the image in question as a background in a Color Section element, for example.

RikardDecember 17, 2020 at 12:32 pm in reply to: Preload-Image-Error (infinite load) with Autoptimize-Plugin in Internet Explorer #1268096Hey Marcel,
It’s difficult to answer your question, since we’re not really familiar with the plugin, and we don’t know which js file is causing the problem on IE. Could you try to explain how to reproduce the problem a bit further? Also please try reaching out to the plugin developers, as they should be in a better position to help you out with this.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jef,
Thanks for the update. The new version should hopefully be available within the next few days.
Best regards,
RikardHi Ruben,
Thanks for the update. So you don’t have access to the theme files in a Themeforest account, if I understand you correctly? If that is the case then that is the first step you need to take, either get access from the person who bought the theme, or purchase a new license. After that then please follow the instructions I posted previously, using a copy of the theme files from your Themeforest account.
Best regards,
RikardHey Famigliacinquepuntozero,
Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that, login details are working now.
I’m not sure which page you are using as your blog though? Please link directly to it in private so that we can have a closer look.Edit; I read your first post again, and yes, the paragraph font size is 18 pixels in your blog posts. Please try this in Quick CSS:
#top .fullsize .template-blog .post .entry-content-wrapper { font-size: 16px; }Best regards,

Hey frankeee,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Filipe,
Thanks for the update, I’m not sure what it could be then. The theme doesn’t change any settings which could cause that, so it might be added by your hosting provider. Please try reaching out to them to see if they can help you out further.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see any problems with loading your site without www on my end, it loads normally without any error messages. Could you try clearing the cache from Chrome and restart it? You could also try rebooting your local router, or checking on a different network to see if you get the same results there.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. There are some problems with the theme and the latest version of WordPress, yes. We are working on fixes and they should be available soon. Until then, please continue using the jQuery migrate plugin.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardDecember 17, 2020 at 4:40 am in reply to: Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response. #1267996Hi Paul,
I know that the edits are not being saved, it’s likely because the server won’t allow it (403 error). Please see screenshot in private to see what error messages the server is throwing after trying to save the test page. The server is returning a 403 error, that is why I asked you to reach out to your hosting provider. I can’t tell you why the server is responding in that way unfortunately.
I’m seeing similar error messages on a new, almost empty page as well. Please see private. That means it’s likely not caused by the content.
You could try to install this plugin, and clear all WordPress transients, to see if that makes any difference: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/
Best regards,
RikardHi David,
Thanks for the login details. I checked the Accordion element on your front page, and they seem to all be working. If you are not seeing that on your end, then please try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window. If I’m misunderstanding the problem, then please try to explain a bit further and let us know how to reproduce it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Amanda,
You are still running old versions of the theme on your site, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardHi,

Are you running the latest version of the theme and WordPress? If so then this problem was introduced with the latest version of WordPress, we are working on getting it fixed. Until then please continue using your fix, or install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
