Hi,
Thanks for helping out @cherrmann :-)
If that CSS doesn’t work then please try this instead:
#header_meta .avia_wpml_language_switch { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
It’s displaying fine on my end, I’m guessing that what I wrote in your other thread fixed this too.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 6, 2021 at 6:44 am in reply to: Tab Section, individual tab height not showing correctly #1270538Hey DesignProvider,
Thanks for the login details. The tab section seems to behave as it should on my end, it adapts to the content in all the tabs. Could you post a screenshot of the problem, and try to explain it a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update and screenshots. I’m not sure I understand what is wrong with your images though, could you try to explain the problem a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. This is only a temporary solution, it will be fixed permanently in the next release of the theme.

RikardHi Frits,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see any 508 error message on either the front or backend of your site, how can we reproduce this problem? I do see some error messages when editing a post, but none of them look to be related to the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. The SG optimiser plugin is causing problems when file compression is active under Enfold->Performance. I turned that off for you, and your maps are loading fine after that.
Best regards,
RikardHi Joerg,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working, and sorry again for the problem. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that.
1. I’m not sure what you are expecting in regards to the breadcrumbs? If you want to hide the breadcrumbs then you can do so in the Layout menu on the page in question.
2. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure that you activate Google ReCAPTCHA under Enfold->Google Services.
3. If you disable that then the theme icons will not display anymore, what exactly are you looking to achieve?
4. Where can we see this problem on your actual site?
5. No CSS or JS loaded in from the theme is unnecessary, could you try specifying what you would like to remove please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Do you want to move the burger icon and search icon to the right hand side of the screen on mobile?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jen,
Thanks for the update and clarification. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options to see if that works. This would be a temporary solution until the next release of the theme is available.
Best regards,
RikardHey mccartyatl,
Yes, the LayerSlider is bundled with the theme, but it’s not the premium version.

RikardJanuary 6, 2021 at 3:57 am in reply to: blog post front end doesn't update after editing backend #1270499Hi Lisa,
Thanks for that. It’s not the user role I’m referring to, that needs to be administrator. I mean the functionality under Appearance->Editor in the WordPress menu, that is turned off on your installation. If you don’t know how to activate it, then please simply share FTP login details in private, and set the user account you sent us back to administrator rights.
Best regards,
RikardHey smakarate,
That might be possible, but developing such functionality would be out of scope of theme support unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for helping out @Barnez1, it’s much appreciated :-)
Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic @smakarate.

RikardHey laptophobo,
Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi emjay411,
Sorry for the problem, it will be fixed in the next release of the theme. Until then, please try to install the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the version to legacy 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,
RikardHey Claudia,
Could you share what you are trying to put in the copyright field please?
The mobile menu problem will be fixed in the next update of the theme. Please continue using the jQuery migrate plugin until then.
Best regards,
RikardHey Snerp,
The login details you posted are not working:
ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect. Lost your password?
Please check and verify.
About your problem; did you try disabling all plugins to see if that makes any difference? You could also try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Thanks for the screenshots. We would have to inspect the problem in order to give you accurate CSS, would you be able to update on a staging site first so that we can see it on an actual site please?

RikardJanuary 5, 2021 at 1:10 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder – Special Heading – not showing content #1270390Hi Frank,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
li#menu-item-1812 .avia-menu-text:after { content: "4"; font-size: 9px; color: #FFF; background: #42A0BD; line-height: 17px; width: 17px; display: inline-block; text-align: center; border-radius: 100px; position: relative; top: -9px; left: 2px; }Best regards,
RikardHi Steve,
Thanks for the update. I’m no expert on the Yoast SEO plugin, but I’m guessing that if it finds more than one h1 in your content, then there must be more than one in there? I can’t really give you a better answer than that, if you need a more in depth answer then maybe you could try reaching out to Yoast support?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top #wrap_all .av_header_transparency #av_section_1 { background-image: none; background-color: #03538b; } }Best regards,
RikardHey mosaic,
It’s showing fine on my end, I’m guessing it’s not showing on your end since you have already accepted the settings? You could try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window to see if it shows up then.
Best regards,
Rikard -
