.iconbox_content { background: red; }Best regards,
RikardHey Tarakbc,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please note that this doesn’t work if you are running the latest version of the theme, and WordPress 5.6. A temporary solution is to install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. This problem will be fixed in the next release of the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHey HamiltonsSM,
Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 8, 2021 at 2:06 pm in reply to: no option for facebook: share buttons for blog posts #1271061Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m guessing there is something wrong with your user then, could you try creating a new one to see if that helps? You can then delete the old user and assign what has been created with it to the new user.
Best regards,
RikardHey Harris,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.blog .slide-entry-title { text-transform: none; } .blog .slide-entry-title a { font-size: 16px; }Best regards,

RikardJanuary 8, 2021 at 1:48 pm in reply to: Removing white space between header and hero image on mobile #1271053Hey bewelltended,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top.page-id-2794 #main>div.container_wrap:nth-child(1) .content { margin-top: 0 !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can’t have a different menu for mobile if you are always showing the burger menu unfortunately. If you want to add or remove some menu items for mobile then we can help you out with that.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bobby,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure exactly what you are looking to change in your socket though, could you try to explain a bit further or post a screenshot highlighting your intentions please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Tomatito11,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1300px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see that you have commented out the code, but it’s still applying as you can see in the screenshot in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask if there is some kind of delay or caching going on? Also please ask them how to turn off the CDN, to check if that makes any difference.
Best regards,
RikardHey Janine,
Please post admin WordPress login details for both sites in private, so that we can have a closer look. Also let us know how and where we can see the problems you are having on the your sites.
Best regards,
RikardHey GabrielMaks,

Best regards,
RikardHey senhorvinho,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHi Sven,
Thanks for that. I see that you have set the page in question as your custom 404 page in the theme options, could you try setting a different one to see if that makes any difference please? If not then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,
RikardHey c2strategy,
This CSS is causing that to happen:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #main { padding-top: 0 !important; margin: 0; } }I can’t see exactly where it’s coming from though, since you have file compression active. Please turn that off so that we can see where it’s coming from, if you can’t find it yourself.
Best regards,
RikardHi Steven,
You should be able to achieve that using two 1/2 elements, then place a div in right right one, and give it negative left margin like so:
<div style="margin-left: -200px;">Your content goes here</div>Please give that a try. If you don’t have any luck then please post a link to where we can see the actual elements on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey Michelle,
There is nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, but you should be able to implement it using a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields, or a similar plugin.

RikardJanuary 8, 2021 at 4:53 am in reply to: Klassenzuweisung über "Entwickler-Einstellungen" funktioniert nicht #1271007Hi Grobi,
You are likely targeting the wrong element with the class. Looking at the telefon heading, you would need CSS like this:
.foo_300 .av-special-heading-tag { font-weight: 300 !important; }Since the actual tag is the h1, not the div which the class is added to.

RikardJanuary 8, 2021 at 4:48 am in reply to: create stretched lay out underneath boxed layout Header #1271006Hey Gal,
If you select to have a boxed layout in the theme options, then you cannot have full width sections unfortunately. I’m not sure that I understand your intentions though, please send us a screenshot or mockup of the layout you are looking to achieve, then we can give a better answer.
Best regards,
RikardHey infonove,
Elementor is not a part of Enfold, it has its own layout builder. Please post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know how to reproduce the problem you are having.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Did you verify that your WordPress installation is able to send emails? You can do that by requesting a new password on the login page for example. Also please try the suggestions listed here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-, and check your spam folder too.

RikardJanuary 8, 2021 at 4:38 am in reply to: Masonry Gallery, Viedo, Accordion, can not work well by Chrome or Edge #1271002Hey chilongtyre,
Please try deactivating file compression under Enfold->Performance, it doesn’t work with the SG Optimizer plugin which you are running.
Best regards,
RikardHey Weblevels,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server. If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
