Hi webservantnaoz,
I can’t see the jQuery migrate helper plugin installed on your site, could you try to install it to see if that helps with the problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi Ramon,
Thanks for the update. I’m still seeing the same code being applied as in the screenshot above though, I’ve checked in a regular and private window, so it’s not local caching. The CSS is still being served from the CDN as well, please see private.
Did you ask when the cache expires, and how to turn off the CDN?
Best regards,

You can do that by changing the page name, or by using a plugin like Yoast SEO: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/

RikardHey jonathan,
You double posted, I’ve replied to your other thread already. I’ll close this thread for now.

The person behind inoplugs is working for us, yes. If you need help with one of his plugins then I suggest that you reach out to him directly. I’m sure that whatever problem you are having with one of his plugin is not intentional.
Best regards,
RikardHey doug1234,
Edit the Icon List element, then click into each of the list items in the Content tab. You can then change the icon under the content box.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I activated the new version, but the Layout Builder is still not loading unfortunately. There are error messages coming from the file in private, could you try disabling the ecwid shopping cart to see if that makes any difference please?

RikardHey Laura,
1. This is your support ticket, you are in the right place.
2. Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
3. You can download the theme files from your Themeforest account.
4. The theme license is valid for life, you only need to pay for extended support, if you should need it.

RikardHi,
How exactly did it break your site? Please try to be as specific as possible. I would recommend that you copy the site to a staging area, then update there first. We can then look at the problems you are getting on the updated site.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHey Stasia,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We develop a WordPress theme, and that theme doesn’t come with its own payment options. The theme supports WooCommerce though, but I’m not sure which specific payment options they accept or don’t accept.

Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
