Thanks for the login details, could you post a link to your WordPress login page as well please?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 11, 2021 at 6:16 am in reply to: Submenu disappears on scroll down – alhtough set to sticky #1271488Hi,
Thanks for the update.
1. Like I wrote above, that is the way it’s supposed to work when you have selected to show the burger menu for desktop. You can try to switch to the regular menu, and you will see that is sticks to the top. In other words; it works as designed.
2. I can’t see anything like that on my end using Chrome, in which browser are you seeing that?
You should not have to update the child theme.
Best regards,
RikardHey FILIPPOZA,
Are you using an alternate menu for mobile? If so then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
I had a closer look, but I could not see which plugin they have used either unfortunately.

Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
div.av-masonry-sort { background: #000; } div.av-masonry-sort .inner_sort_button span { color: #fff; }Best regards,

RikardJanuary 11, 2021 at 5:33 am in reply to: Old Enfold web site (Version 3.6.1), How to repair it ? #1271475Hey AlainTernet,
I’m not sure about deleting your WordPress installation, or do you want to create the site from scratch again?
The first step I would recommend you to take is to update the theme. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHey Emmanuel,
Could you try updating the theme via FTP to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install

Once the new version of the theme is available and installed on your site, then you should be able to deactivate and remove the jQuery migrate helper plugin. The new version of the theme should be available before the end of the month.
Best regards,
RikardHi macjeffff,
Thanks for the feedback and for using Enfold, it’s much appreciated. We’ll look into the points you made above, to see if we can make any improvements.
Best regards,
RikardHey bnetz,
The server waiting time seems to be the problem in your case, there’s almost a 1.5 second wait for the server to respond, as you can see in the fields indicated in yellow in the test in private. Please bring that up with your hosting provider.
Best regards,
RikardHey waterwalk,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHey Lidia,
I can’t see any missing images on the page you linked to. How can we reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why that was happening, but I wrapped your images in span tags, and that seems to have worked:
<span>Your image here</span>Please review your site.

RikardHi Steven,
You need to give it some margin to the right as well, since it’s all the way to the right as it is now. That means the box shadow won’t show.
margin-right: 20px;That will push it a bit to the left, and your box shadow will show after that.
Best regards,
RikardHi Stefan,
Could you post a link to where we can see the section in question please?

RikardHi Stephen,
There’s a long wait for the server to respond in the test in private, you can see it indicated in yellow. If you can get that down a bit then you will likely take a second off the load time at least. That is not something we can help you out with though, you would have to reach out to your hosting provider about that.

RikardHi Sandra,

RikardJanuary 10, 2021 at 11:54 am in reply to: Submenu disappears on scroll down – alhtough set to sticky #1271335Hi,
Thanks for that. After researching this for a while, I realised that this is actually how it’s supposed to work, when using the mobile menu for desktop as you are on the site in question:
If checked the menu will stick at the top of the page once it touches it. This option is ignored when burger menu icon is shown.
Maybe you want to activate the regular menu, and only use the mobile menu for smaller sized screens?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the updates. I’m not sure if you need any further help with this problem?
Best regards,
RikardHey Shorty05,
Sorry for the problem. Please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. This is a temporary solution, a permanent one will be included in the next version of the theme.
Best regards,
