RikardHi Justus,
I duplicated the element on that page, and added an image to it. I can’t see any error messages in that process though, could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are having please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Günter,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I just checked Quick CSS, and the code is not in there, or in the enfold_child.css file in the uploads folder, but the code is still applying on your actual site. I think you will have to reach out to your hosting provider about this problem, since it seems to be a problem on their end, not with the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi Doreen,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { #nav_menu-2 { display: none; } }Best regards,
RikardHey stoneroad,
That means that you have selected the page in question as your custom 404 page in the main page of the theme options, please select a dedicated 404 page there instead.
Best regards,
RikardHey peruna123,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?

Thanks for that. I activated the parent theme and imported your child theme settings to it, and it works after that. So the problem is coming from your child theme, could you try to take out all your customisation, then add them back one by one to see which one is causing the problem please? The parent theme is active at the moment, so that you can see that it’s working as expected.

RikardHey 2SINN,
The logo is displaying fine on my end on the home page, did you manage to find a solution? If not then please try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sonya,
You can adjust that under Enfold->Main Menu->Burger/Mobile Menu. Look for the Clone title menu items to submenu option.

Thanks for that. I added this for you in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .avia-slideshow-dots { height: 25px; } }And it’s working after that. Please review your site.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We can’t view the screenshot you posted, since it’s not shared publicly. Please share it so that we can view it on our end as well.

RikardJanuary 15, 2021 at 10:02 am in reply to: Style of main menu buttons_Background and fonts color #1272637Hi Margit,
Thanks for that. I added another instance of the main menu links under Enfold->Advanced Styling, and selected for it to only apply on hover. That works as expected on your site now.
The button styling can be turned on and off under Appearance->Menus under each menu item, in the Menu Style dropdown.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jürgen,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.avia_cart_buttons { opacity: 1; }Best regards,

RikardHi Sylvie,
Thanks for the update. Could you post a link to where you want to add this please? You can upload screenshots to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to it here.

RikardHi Ed,
Thanks for that. I can’t see any option to delete most of your categories either unfortunately. How exactly were those categories added?

RikardJanuary 14, 2021 at 1:56 pm in reply to: Contact form styling and salesforce integration issue #1272401Hi Gary,
Thanks for the update. The CSS is still being served via a CDN, which makes it very difficult to see where it’s coming from, please see private. I still can’t see the CSS I added applying either.
I’m sure you could integrate the theme form with salesforce, but that would be out of scope of theme support unfortunately.

RikardJanuary 14, 2021 at 1:50 pm in reply to: How to adjust background color and styling of blog filter options? #1272399Hi,
You can try to give the menu some bottom margin to place it where you would like it:
.html_header_sidebar .main_menu { margin-bottom: 400px; }Best regards,
RikardHi Albert,
Thanks for the clarification. You can’t have duplicate IDs on a page unfortunately, since it will look for the first section which is hidden. If you want to keep your current structure, then you will have to duplicate the element which contain the links, and give them new links, and new IDs to the elements which are visible on mobile.

RikardHi AlainTernet,
I activated Google Maps and added your API key to the backend of the theme. I see this error message coming from Google Maps after that: https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable?pli=1. Please try adding billing details to the Google account which you created the API key with.

I checked your site on iphone simulation using Chrome, but I can’t see any problem there. Which actual devices are you using when this problem happens?

Thanks for the update. I see the same thing on my end too unfortunately. Would it be ok if we installed this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/, and clear all the WordPress transients to see if that helps? Please make sure that you have backups of the site before you give us permission to do this. We would like to disable your caching plugin for debugging purposes as well, if that is ok?

RikardJanuary 14, 2021 at 12:26 pm in reply to: Old Enfold web site (Version 3.6.1), How to repair it ? #1272379Hi,
Thanks for the update. I don’t think you should erase anything, that would be your last resort. Did you try to disable all plugins, then install the problem plugin? If not, then please try that out. If that works out, then you can enable the rest of the plugins one by one to see when things start breaking.
Best regards,
