If not, then please installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.

Hi Jean-Michel,

Sorry for the problem. If you don’t have access to the theme files in Themeforest account, then you will have to purchase another license unfortunately. You can do so here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

Once you have access to the theme files, then the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

I’m not sure which links you are referring to, but please keep in mind that anchor links are case sensitive. That means that linking to http://your.site/#AboutUs, is not the same thing as linking to http://your.site/#aboutus

Hi Gary,

Thanks for the update. The CSS is not being served via the CDN anymore, but not it looks like its cached by Hummingbird, please see private. The CSS I added is still not applying, so I’m guessing that is because of the caching plugin. Could you try clearing the cache from the plugin, or disabling it to see if that makes any difference please?

I’m not sure I understand your last question, but LayerSliders won’t appear under Multimedia. I would suggest that you simply try to create a new slider under LayerSlider in the WordPress menu.

You add custom classes to your buttons in the advanced tab of the element options. Then you can use CSS like this:

```

Thanks for the update. Does it work when the parent theme is active? If so then the problem is likely coming from your child theme. If that is the case then please try removing all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see which one is the causing the problem. Hi,

Thanks for that. I checked the section with the formulario-nuevo ID, and it looks to be hidden for mobile in the element options. If you hide the section, then the link to it won’t work, you would have to update the link in the button for mobile as well.

Thanks for the update. The version of the theme you are running is very old, and we can’t provide support for versions which are that old. Could you try copying the site to a staging site and update there first maybe?

I checked the page in question on Chrome using the iphone modulation, I can’t see any issues there though, and your screenshot is not working. Please upload the screenshot to somewhere where we can access it, and let us know how we can reproduce the problem on our end.

Hey J-Gambill,

So you are looking for a page and it’s sub pages to have a different design, on an existing Enfold installation? If so then easiest way to do that would likely be to use the footer option which let’s you create your own design in a page. The header is a bit more difficult though, but I would suggest that you create your own header in a page, then you can select to hide the header on the page with a different design, and show it using the Page Content element.
