Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Kevin,
All 3 logos are lining up on my end using Chrome, in which browser are you seeing this problem?

RikardJanuary 20, 2021 at 5:16 am in reply to: Enfold (4.6.3.1) Burger menu NOT working on mobile #1273894Hi,
Sorry for the problem. Please refer to this for a permanent fix: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/. It will be included in the next version of the theme, which should be available within a few days. If you don’t want to implement the fix, then please continue to run the jQuery migrate plugin until you have installed the new version of the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
There are layout differences between the classic and block editor, but I can’t give you an answer as to why you out get different results with the same settings. The theme doesn’t influence where Yoast is placing their components, so if you need further help with this, then please try reaching out to their support.

Great, I’m glad that you managed to find a solution and thanks for the updates. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve never come across this problem before to be honest with you, so I’m not sure what is causing it. I think it’s WooCommerce which is adding that though, so maybe you could try reaching out to their support as well? We can have a closer look for you, if you share admin WordPress login details with us in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey mike.rav,
I tried adding a product, then removing it from the cart. I can’t see any changes to the icons after that though, could you let us know which steps to take in order to reproduce this problem please?

Thanks for the updates. Please share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can try uploading the new version of the theme there instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. Please try this CSS instead:
.avia-icongrid-wrapper header.entry-content-header { display: table; position: absolute; left: 0; width: 100%; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. I can’t see any submenus on your actual site, so I’m not sure if this CSS is going to work, but please try it out:
#avia-menu ul { right: -200px; }If it doesn’t work then please add a submenu, so that we can give you more accurate CSS.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 19, 2021 at 1:39 pm in reply to: Many Bugs in /wp-includes/tinymce… // Layout Architekt #1273703Hi Felix,
Thanks for the update. I’m pretty sure this is a server problem, since I logged in using the page edit link I posted yesterday, and WordPress redirected me to the page in question after logging in. The page and Layout Builder loaded without any problem when doing that. I then clicked the link again and the same error message were present, and the Layout Builder didn’t load. It seems like the request is being blocked or closed by the server, but I can’t tell you why unfortunately. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can tell you why that is happening please?

RikardHey bimsenfold,
Thanks for the login details. The video which is currently in the Color Section is playing fine on my end, I’m not sure if it’s the same video as you linked to here though?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, but your screenshot is still not accessible. Please try uploading it to imgur.com instead, then link to it here.
About the page you linked to; what do you need to change there? If you want to remove the image overlay, then you can do so under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
Best regards,
RikardHi Steven,
Thanks for the update. So things are working as they should now then?

RikardJanuary 19, 2021 at 1:11 pm in reply to: how to change the title and content font size and colour in blog grid layout #1273689Hi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t check your site, since the page password doesn’t work anymore, and the WordPress login page returns a 403 forbidden error.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The first error message is not an error message, it simply informs you what the jQuery migrate plugin is used for, and what they state is correct.
The second notice is to remind you of the fact that any edits you have made to the parent theme files will be overwritten on updates. If you want to make sure that you do not lose anything during the update, then please keep proper backups of your site, like stated in the text.
Best regards,
RikardHi Axel,
Thanks for the update. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardJanuary 19, 2021 at 12:19 pm in reply to: issue with responsive layout not showing all sections of page. #1273661Hi Kim,
Thanks for the update. Are you referring to the section to the right of the header which reads Take a virtual look around? If so then there is padding applied to that, please try removing that in the element options. If that is not the problem, then please try to explain a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The theme is not responsible for the placing of Yoast elements, so you are looking for support in the wrong place. But the layouts of the of the classic and block editor are different, and this is WordPress core functionality. In the block editor, they are trying to move everything to the sidebar.
I switched to the classic editor on your installation, and I see Yoast at the bottom of the layout window after that, so it’s working as it should. If you need further help with the Yoast plugin, then please try reaching out to their support.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
When you edit each slide, then you have the option to add a caption in the Caption tab in the Content tab in the element option. Please try adding the code there.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardJanuary 19, 2021 at 6:00 am in reply to: Can I edit the formatting of the PORTFOLIO items text? #1273559Hey Stephen,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #av-sc-portfolio-1 h3.grid-entry-title { font-size: 16px; background: red; } .home #av-sc-portfolio-1 .grid-content { background: red; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Disabling plugin had no effect when I tried it either unfortunately. Please share FTP login details in private as well, so that we can try to reinstall the theme for you.

RikardJanuary 19, 2021 at 5:24 am in reply to: One of the top pages in google isn't a page I want on my website #1273555Hi,
Thanks for the update. The URL in question is valid, since the base page has pagination, please see private. Why Google has selected to show or index that particular page of the pagination, I can’t say unfortunately. If you don’t want the URL structure to work this way, then please remove pagination from the page in question.

RikardJanuary 19, 2021 at 5:18 am in reply to: Enfold drop down menu not working on mobile devices #1273554Hi,
Thanks for that. Please refer to this for a temporary fix, until the new version of the theme is available: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/. If you don’t want to edit the theme files, then please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,
