RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I cleared the cache from your caching plugin, and it’s showing after that, please review your site. If you can’t see any difference then please try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window.
Best regards,
RikardHi Rachel,

RikardHi Kristin,
Thanks for the update. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure I understand your last question, could you try to rephrase it please? If you are referring to the classic editor plugin, then you shouldn’t need it, since the theme offers the same functionality.

RikardJanuary 21, 2021 at 5:38 am in reply to: Assets stopped showing up on site after siteground update. Any pointers? #1274285Hi David,
Thanks for the update. We’ve seen that happening on other installation as well unfortunately, please try deactivating file compression under Enfold->Performance, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We can’t really support third party plugins unfortunately, but if you think that the Yoast recommendations are wrong, then you can simply move on and ignore the warnings. If you have the correct content in place, then your SEO results will not be affected.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes, that is where you change the default editor.
I’m not really sure how Yoast support can come to that conclusion, since we don’t influence where they place their elements. Anyway, is something not actually working on your installation, or is the problem only that the boxes are in the “wrong” place?
Best regards,
RikardHi Daniel,
We can help you with reinstalling the theme if you like. If you need help with that then please open a new thread, and include FTP login details in private as well. Also make sure that you have backups of the site.

Did you try to activate another theme to see what happens then? Also please try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?

RikardJanuary 21, 2021 at 4:08 am in reply to: My Enfold LayerSlider WP slider stopped playing automatically #1274263Hi Linda,
Thanks for the update. I see that you have changed to a Smart Slider on the front page, are you going to use that from now on instead? If you still need help with the LayerSlider, then please create a test page where we can see the problem you are having.
Best regards,
RikardHey OnVisible,
Thanks for the login details. I turned off file compression under Enfold->Performance for you, and your site is working after that. The problem with that functionality is that it’s not working when the SG Optimizer is active.
Best regards,
RikardHey ddagraphics,
Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. Or implement this fix: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/. We can implement the fix for you, if you give us permission to do so. This problem will be fixed in the next release of the theme, which should be available within a few days.
Best regards,
RikardHi Ramon,
Great, I’m glad that you came up with an alternative solution. I’m not sure what you should keep in mind to be honest, but the fact that the served CSS on your site seems to be updated very slowly can pose a problem for you in the future. I would advise that you at least try to bring that up with your hosting or CDN provider.
Best regards,
RikardHi Hanna,
Thanks for that. I’ve installed the latest version of the theme for you, and I can’t see any error message on either the front or backend. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey NicFridge0904,
Please make sure that you have activated the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance. If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi clikcreations,
You can do that by targeting each of the menu item ID’s like @cherrmann suggested above. You can inspect each of the menu items in your browser in order to find the ID, then follow the same structure of the example CSS.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I uploaded and activated our latest development version of the theme, and that seems to have worked for the problem you were having. Could you verify on your end as well please?

RikardJanuary 20, 2021 at 11:44 am in reply to: issue with responsive layout not showing all sections of page. #1273996Hi,
Thanks for the screenshots. I almost can’t see any difference between the two screenshots though, they seem almost the same. Please note that there are small differences in how different browsers renders the same font, and I think that is what you are seeing in this case. We can’t do anything about that unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHey Kate,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.page-id-2151 .avia-content-slider h3.slide-entry-title { font-size: 16px; color: yellow; }Best regards,
