Hi,
That is from the jQuery migrate helper plugin, if you don’t need it then you can deactivate and delete it. You might want to wait with that until the new version of the theme is available though.

RikardJanuary 23, 2021 at 1:25 pm in reply to: Issue with Header Resizing Function after site move to new host #1274974Hi,
Thanks for the update. Please try installing this plugin to see if the automatic updates start working after that: https://envato.com/market-plugin/, or upload the new version manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install. The latest version of the theme is 4.7.6.4. If you should still have problems after updating, then please installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you import another demo, then all your theme settings will be overwritten. You can still import content from other demos though, if you enable debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then let us know which content you want to import.

Thanks for the update. Could you send us a link to the edit page, so that we can view the actual problem please?

RikardHey rcottingham,
Please have a look at the test in private, you will see that there are very long waiting times for the server to respond. Please try bringing that problem up with your hosting provider.

RikardJanuary 23, 2021 at 1:09 pm in reply to: Menu Item Hidden on Homepage Menu but Not on Other Site Pages #1274962Hi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
nav.main_menu #menu-item-3655 { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHey hultsfredstrandcamping,
I don’t think this is a theme problem, it’s likely due to the new jQuery version which was added in WordPress 5.6. Could you try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then change the jQuery version to 1.12.4 to see if that changes anything please? Otherwise I would suggest that you set the iframe to 600 pixels, since that is what the code seems to attempt. Also please try reaching out to the code authors, to see if they can help you out.
Best regards,
RikardHi David,

Thanks for reaching out to us. When you say plugin, I’m guessing that you mean theme, correct? We don’t have any records of which purchase codes are used for which sites unfortunately, but if you follow this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/, then you can register your site with your purchase code.

RikardJanuary 23, 2021 at 12:03 pm in reply to: Advanced – Custom CSS Class For Heading Tag NOT WORKING #1274938Hi,
Thanks for that. There was no class added to the element, so I added it for. Please try this in Quick CSS now:
.ContactBottom .av-special-heading-tag { text-transform: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I asked for FTP login details though, not for WordPress. Could you please send login details for FTP in private?

RikardHi Timo,
Thanks for that. I can’t see your home page resulting in a 404 page anymore though, could you try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window, if you are still experiencing this problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thank for that. I activated the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and the Tab Section is adapting to your content as it should now, please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Tim,

RikardHi Sian,
I can’t load your site at all, please see private. Maybe you misspelled the URL?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#header_meta .avia-icon-pos-left { float: none; }If you want an icon next the fraud warning menu item, then you should be able to add shortcode as you did with the other element, but in the menu item text under Appearance->Menus.

RikardHi Sean,

RikardJanuary 23, 2021 at 5:42 am in reply to: Problems with Enfold 4.7.6.4, WP 5.6 (Avia Editor and others) #1274895Hey harpaceas,
Thanks for the login details. The SG Optimizer plugin was creating problems on your site, it does that when file compression is active under Enfold->Performance. I turned that off for you, and the mobile menu is working as it should now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Santiago,
Thanks for the update. If you are linking to a section with a specific ID, and you then select to hide that section on mobile, then the link won’t work. You have to link to the section ID which is actually visible. Please try duplicating the element which you are linking from, and show it only on mobile, then update the link to correspond with the section ID which is only visible on mobile.
Best regards,
RikardHi NicomIT,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { #top .av_secondary_right .sub_menu { float: none; } #avia2-menu { display: table; margin: 0 auto; float: none; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.current-menu-item > a > .avia-menu-fx { opacity: 0; } #avia-menu li.current-menu-item { background-color: #007dbb; } #avia-menu li.menu-item:hover { background-color: #007dbb; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes, that was the only change. Are you ok with using that setting?

RikardJanuary 23, 2021 at 4:20 am in reply to: Many Bugs in /wp-includes/tinymce… // Layout Architekt #1274882Hi Felix,
Thanks for the update. The theme should be compatible with the PHP versions you listing, so I’m not sure why that would be happening. There might be warnings, but that shouldn’t affect any functionality on the backend, and I don’t think it explains the connection reset problem. I did check your site now though, and everything seems to be working fine. Are you experiencing the same thing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHi sensiblekaren,
The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Thanks @guenni007 for helping out :-)
