Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the problem which is shown in your screenshot, all the portfolio items are visible on my end. How exactly can we reproduce that problem?

I can see that there is problem when opening individual items though, the preview text gets cut off at the end, and I can reproduce those results on my local installation too. I have reported this problem to our developers.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Your site loads in just over 2 seconds on both tests in private, I think that is good performance. If you want to increase that more, then there are suggestions listed for you in the tests. The server still has high response times, but you will have to bring that up with your hosting provider. I don’t think you can do anything about that yourself.

Your icons are being blocked by the browser, since they are being served via a CDN:

Access to font at ‘https://secureservercdn.net/160.153.138.177/qb9.517.myftpupload.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/fonts/entypo-fontello.woff2’ from origin ‘https://yoursite.be’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. So the problem is that there are no products showing at the last Grid Row element on the front page? I see that the content you have added in the block is there on the front end, but the div which I think is supposed to hold the actual product, is empty. I would suggest that you reach out to the authors of this code for support instead, as they should be in a better situation to help you out with this.

If not, then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. A child theme is used to keep your edits and overrides safe during updates. If they are placed in a child theme then they won’t be overwritten during updates, but if they are placed in the parent file, they will.

Thanks for the update. If it was a browser problem, then the CSS should load anyway, but maybe look a bit strange and messed up, but the CSS should still load. In this case it seems like no CSS at all is loaded, which makes me think the problem is not the browser being used. Do you know which version of Chrome you were using? Please note that we can’t support very old versions of any browser.

That is likely why it’s not applying.
