Hi fecanimedia,
I can’t see any difference when comparing your home page footer with any other page, could you try to explain the problem a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Simone,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried recreating that on the test page, and it looks to be working fine if you check it now. If there is a problem, then it might be with the content you are adding. Could you share exactly what you are trying to add, so that we can try it out please?

Please try this in Quick CSS to add some space below the image:
.av-tab-image-circle .av-tab-section-image { margin-bottom: 10px; }I’m not sure what you mean in regards to animations though, could you try to explain that a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHey rixi,
I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are looking to change. Could you try to explain a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting your intentions please?

RikardHey woogie07,
We don’t have a demo for that specific product unfortunately, but you can use any demo for a site like that in my opinion, as long as you like the design of it. Maybe the Minimal Portfolio demo would be a good fit? https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/

RikardHi Verena,
Thanks for the update. I tried connecting using the login details you posted, but they don’t seem to work unfortunately. Could you check and verify please?
If this is in your wp-config.php file, then that is correct:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
#header_meta .sub_menu li span { float: left; }Best regards,
RikardHey MulderMind,
Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual elements as well please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The same thing goes with the excerpt when post are created using the Layout Builder, you have to add it manually to the post. If you can’t see the excerpt field, then please select to show it under Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the screen, when editing your post.

RikardHey laptophobo,
You can try adding it using a function in functions.php instead:
function laptophobo_add_styling_header(){ ?> Your styling goes here <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'laptophobo_add_styling_header');Best regards,
RikardHi Jamie,
Great, I’m glad that you got things working and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHey hooman80,
The closest thing to that in the theme would be the Grid Row element, please try that out.

RikardHi,
I’m not familiar with plesk unfortunately, don’t they have a support channel which you can reach out to? Adding CSS to your site likely won’t change anything in regards to performance. If you improve it for desktop, then it should be improved for mobile devices as well.
Webp images are not supported by WordPress by default, but there’s likely plugins you can try to implement support. I can’t say exactly how the theme would react to that though.
If you need to compress resources then you can do so under Enfold->Performance in the theme. If you need other type of compression, then please try searching for solutions online, they are likely not platform or theme specific.

I can’t see a link in your post, please include one to where we can see the problem you are having.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It’s likely added in a function in your functions.php file, please have a look there. If you need further help then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Does it make any difference it you disable all other plugins, or activate the parent theme?

RikardJanuary 29, 2021 at 5:28 am in reply to: fatal error when selecting "customize" in the styling section #1276235Hi,
Your CSS in Quick CSS and Customize should be safe on updates, but I would recommend that you back it up anyway, just to be safe.
About your other problem; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHey Austrianweb,
The theme can’t be compatible with all third party plugin unfortunately. Could you try reaching out to the plugin developer to see if they can help you out please? If you need help from us, then we need to be able to see the actual problem on a live site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Nancy,
I can’t reproduce the problem in your screenshot on my end, all the icons are showing fine when I open a text block element on your front page. Please try using a different browser to see if that helps.
I do see problems in the grid view in your media section though, but this is not something which our theme controls. It looks like you have plugins which are altering the layout of that page, could you try disabling them to see if the problem goes away after that please?
Best regards,
RikardHi JKnoblach,
Could you post a link to where we can see the results you are getting please?

RikardHey willblueland,
Great, I’m glad that you found a solution and thanks for the update. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. Could you assign a class to each of your columns in the Advanced tab in the element options please? It makes things easier when targeting the element with CSS. You could call the left bericht-column for example, and the right one wichtig-column.

RikardJanuary 29, 2021 at 4:39 am in reply to: file path to parallax-img with child-theme not correct #1276217Hey Katrin,
Please check the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, or disable file compression if necessary, on the same page.
Best regards,
RikardHi Thina,
Please try following this tutorial: https://www.impressivewebs.com/centered-heading-horizontal-line/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try adding this to your wp-config.php file, located in the root of your WordPress installation:
// This disables debugging. define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );If you need help with that then please include FTP login details in private as well.
You can upload screenshots to an array of different services. A few examples are Google Drive, Dropbox and Imgur.com. After you have uploaded your images, then you can link to them here.
Best regards,
