Hi,
Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if the helps.
Best regards,
RikardHey Claralinda,
Yes, you can do that with the same API key. You don’t need to add it on the local installation, if you don’t want to.

Please try this CSS in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header_meta .social_bookmarks { display: block !important; } nav.main_menu .social_bookmarks { display: none !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I added the CSS for you, and it’s applying on your site. Please review it.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. First off, please update the theme to the latest version to see if that helps. Instructions are posted above. If there’s no change after that, then please activate debug mode, so that we can have a closer look: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you if you give us permission to do so.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure exactly where you are copying the shortcodes from, but if you open the element options, then you will find the CSS class field under Erweitert->Benutzerdefinierte CSS-Klasse. Please add your CSS class there, then copy the shortcodes into your widget again after that.

What settings are you using under Enfold->Performance?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You need to select a background colour for the diagonal border in the element options, I did that for you and it’s working as it should. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Elliot,
Thanks for that. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, so it needs to be updated. Did your developer leave you access to Themeforest? If not then please try reaching out to the developer, so that you can get access to the theme files. If you can’t get access, then you might have to purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have problems each time you want to update, or get access to the theme files.
Once you have access then the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. There’s nothing like that in the theme by default, and creating it would take a long time, and would be considered out of scope of theme support. Please try looking for a third party solution, or plugin, which can implement that on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So you are putting block quote tags in the testimonial?
<blockquote>Your testimonial</blockquote>If so then that is the likely cause of the problem. We can help you out with styling the testimonials so that they look like quotes instead of actually adding the tags.
Best regards,
RikardHey giannisg,
The theme only adds that once, maybe you have used that ID somewhere else on the page?
Best regards,
RikardHi Ivan,
You would put the CSS snippet that I sent you in Quick CSS in the theme options, then the class in the element options:
my-text-blockPlease try that out.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.page-id-26415 #av_section_2 .av-icon-char { line-height: 22px !important; }Best regards,

Thanks for the update. I can’t find that text on the page you linked to though, could you link directly to the page where you are having problems please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I activated the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and that worked. Please review your site.

RikardHey minogig,
Please install this plugin as a temporary solution: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. This problem will be fixed in the next release of the theme, which should be available within a few days.

RikardHey jools195,
Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If billing has not been added to the account, then it can be the reason as to why it’s working. It’s now a requirement from Google Maps unfortunately. Please refer to this if you need documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/google-map/#how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key

RikardHi Franz,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

I see that you are running a very old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You need to update WordPress to a current version as well, and the minimum supported PHP version is 7.2. We can’t support any outdated versions of either WordPress or PHP unfortunately.

RikardHey MissLS,
I can’t see any problem on the page you linked to, could you create a test page where we can see the actual problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey MissLS,
That section was created using a Grid Row element, please try that out.

RikardHey SimaV,
I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions, could you try to explain a bit further and post a link to where you want to implement this please? If you have screenshots highlighting what you would like to achieve, then that would help too.
Best regards,
RikardHi Santiago,
Thanks for the clarification, I didn’t understand the problem correctly then. It looks ok on my end when I check on Chrome mobile simulation though, it scrolls to the section which starts with this text:
¿Te gustaría que tus niños disfruten de las clases de danza online?
What exactly are you seeing on your end? If you want it to stop a bit higher up, then you can try adding the ID the section above instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I added the line to your wp-config.php file, and the warning message is now gone. Please review your site.

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element as well please? Also, are you looking to remove the indicator? If not, then please try to explain your intentions a bit further.
