Please check the URLs, so that they are correct. Please see private.
If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.

RikardHey Jorge,
There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. You would have to search for a third party solution or plugin, which would implement that for you.

RikardFebruary 2, 2021 at 12:58 pm in reply to: Problem with content Element "timeline" is not displayed #1277123Hi Pia,
I changed the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the jQuery migrate helper plugin, and that fixed the problem (tested in Chrome, Safari and Firefox). The error messages were not coming from the theme, so it’s likely that one of your plugins is not compatible with the updated jQuery version in WordPress. Please continue using the current settings until the problem plugin has been updated to support the new jQuery version in WordPress.

RikardHi,

RikardHey LodiPlanting,
Please try activating the custom 404 page functionality in the main page of the theme options, then check if the home page is selected when you do. If it is, then select the very top option in the list, which is not a page, then save. Then deactivate the custom 404 functionality again. If that doesn’t work then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried removing the last section on the test page, then I recreated it. The same problem happens after that unfortunately. It might be related to a security setting on the server: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#troubleshoot
This is a rare case but if typing certain words, such as “get” or “include“, in Text Block element breaks it after saving, there might be a modsec rule in firewall settings causing this issue.
This is a security measure taken by hosting providers and it is not a theme issue. You can contact your hosting providers and ask them to whitelist those words and that should fix the issue.
Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if that might be the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Biggy,

Thanks for the update. If you want the old layout, then you can simply switch to the classic editor in the main page of the theme options.

I can’t see any problems on my end now, did you try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window.

RikardHi,
Try this in Quick CSS:
#ipt_fsqm_form_wrap_93 input { padding: 25px 0 10px 10px; }Best regards,
RikardHey dillionline,
Does the same problem happen if you activate the parent theme? If not then it’s likely caused by something in your child theme. I wanted to check the content of it, but the Appearance->Editor function is turned off on your installation.
Best regards,
