Hi,
Thanks for that. It’s not the custom theme 404 page setting which is causing that, but the problem is still happening unfortunately. What happens if you disable all plugins, then reset your permalinks under Settings->Permalinks?
Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The posts works without any problems when using the Enfold Layout Builder, so this is likely not theme related. If you don’t want to use the Layout Builder, then please try deactivating all plugins to see if that makes any difference.

RikardFebruary 5, 2021 at 7:53 am in reply to: Resolving Enfold issues found by Google Search Console #1277879Hi Dave,
I’ve gotten the same “error message” on all my personal sites as well, all of them are not using Enfold, and some of them are not even using WordPress. I would say that this is a problem with how Google analyses sites. What the problem is exactly I can’t say unfortunately.
If you don’t have any elements on your actual site which are too close together, or too small to read, then you can ignore it. If you do have that, then please let us know where we can see them, and what you want to change.
Best regards,
RikardHey Kristin,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
li.av-burger-menu-main { float: right; }The background is grey on my end, please try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window, if you can’t see that on your end.
Best regards,
RikardHey ekam520,
You can select to clone the title menu element under Enfold->Main Menu->Burger/Mobile Menu->Clone title menu items to submenu.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can set the header transparency in the Layout menu, when editing the page in question.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mark,
The icon font is being blocked by the browser on the live site, since it’s being served from a CDN, please see private. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider, and ask them for headers which would allow the font file to be loaded by the browser.
Best regards,
RikardHey DeMamp,
Thanks for the screenshot. Please post a link to where we can see the actual element as well.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you need a different look for your box shadow, then please refer to this documentation: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_box-shadow.asp, then make the necessary changes to the code I sent.

RikardHey hooman80,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please add the content in 1/4 elements, inside of a Color Section, and we’ll have a look if we can give you some custom CSS to use.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .single-product .single_variation_wrap { margin: 10px 0px 20px 15px; } }Best regards,
RikardFebruary 5, 2021 at 5:48 am in reply to: URGENT – Where can I find the Google Services folder in the Enfold Theme? #1277837Hi Carole,
The theme doesn’t add Recaptcha to the login screen, but if you need to disable the theme, then you can rename the theme folder via FTP. That should activate one of the default WordPress themes. If you need to disable all plugins, then you can rename the whole plugin folder.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried experimenting with the test page a bit, and the problem starts when I add this as the second list item in the Text Block element:
FitForCommerce performed a full diagnostic of an international apparel brand’s ecommerce business, including UX, marketing, marketplaces operations, customer support and shipping. The deliverable included diagnostics results, prioritized recommendations to increase revenue through digital channels as well as a review of the current organizational structure and org design recommendations.
I can’t see any reason as to why that would not work though. I’ll check with the rest of the team to see if they can see what is going wrong. Please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You need to switch to the Block Editor in the main page of the theme options, please try that out.
Best regards,
RikardHi Marc,
The gallery on the test page looks fine on my end using Chrome. Could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem, and let us know how to reproduce it please?

RikardFebruary 5, 2021 at 4:29 am in reply to: How to make the background of a product image transparent an with no borders #1277818Hi Markus,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.single-product .product .woocommerce-product-gallery__wrapper a { background: transparent; border: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m seeing the same problem on my end unfortunately, but I’m not sure what exactly is causing it. Could you try to activate the parent theme to see if that changes anything please? If not, then please try to deactivate all plugins as well. If none of those measures should change anything, then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/, then clear all the WordPress transients using it.
Best regards,
Rikard -
