Hi Cornelie,
Thanks for the update. It shouldn’t matter where you place your CSS, it should apply in both places. If you need further help with this, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Marcus,
Thanks for the update. Yes, there has been changes, so updating to the latest version will likely solve your problem.
About the update; you can upload the new version to a separate folder using FTP, then activate it in WordPress once it’s uploaded. If something should break, then you can simply activate the old version back again. You could also copy the site to a staging site, and update there first.
If you need help with uploading the new version, then please share FTP login details in private as well. Also make sure that you have backups of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I don’t think that design will be possible with the boxed layout, could you change it to stretched so that we can take it from there instead please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I had a closer look at your child theme, and it looks like you are overriding /shortcodes/contact.php in there. I activated the parent theme, and the contact form options are correct after that. What happens if you remove contact.php from the child theme?

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi Katrine,
I can’t see any problems on desktop or mobile on my end, there are no 404 errors. Could you try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window on your mobile device please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Maikel,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .home #layer_slider_1 { display: none; } } @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { .home #layer_slider_2 { display: none; } }Best regards,
RikardFebruary 11, 2021 at 1:20 pm in reply to: Content won't update even when published (ok on other themes) #1279743Hi Joss,
Thanks for the update. Like I mentioned above, we can’t provide support for third party layout builders unfortunately, and the theme doesn’t cache or disallow any content on the backend. I would recommend that you start using the Enfold layout builder, which we can provide support for.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
This CSS seems to be causing your problem:
.entry-content-header { height: 50px; }It looks to be added in your child theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .woocommerce-page .term-description p { display: none; } }If you want to share screenshots with us, then you can upload them to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to them here.
Best regards,
RikardHey frankeee,
I tried your example code out on a local installation, and I can save it as a template without any problems. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are having on your end please?
Best regards,
RikardHey M-Graphics24,
Thanks for the login details. We can’t provide support for third party plugins unfortunately, but if you were having problems with the Enfold contact form as well, then your WordPress installation might not be able to send emails. You can test that by requesting a new password for example. If your installation is not able to send emails, then please reach out to your hosting provider to get that fixed.
Best regards,

RikardFebruary 11, 2021 at 12:03 pm in reply to: Content not displaying & mobile menu not displaying #1279717Hi,
Thanks for the update. I checked your front page, and what I see on the front end, seems to correspond with the content on the back end. Could you let us know where this problem is occurring, and how to reproduce it please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and feedback. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHey Dino0103,
If it works when you are logged in, but not when logged out, then it’s very likely that you are getting cached results. I checked your site just now, and the mobile menu shows up fine on my end. Could you try loading it in an incognito, or private browser window please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can try something like this, if you want to exclude some pages:
add_action('ava_before_footer','avia_above_footer'); function avia_above_footer(){ if (! is_page(array( '42', 'home', '1026' ))) { dynamic_sidebar( 'CustomWidgetName' ); } }You can use the slug of the page, or the ID: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_page/

Thanks for starting a new thread. I think Victoria was directing that answer to the other user posting in your thread though, so I think we can continue in your first thread?

RikardFebruary 11, 2021 at 11:26 am in reply to: Slider/portfolio grid not working after upgrading WordPress to 5.6.1 #1279709Hi tintinshop,
Thanks for the update. The login details you posted look incomplete, could you share the password with us as well please? I had a look at your site, and it looks like you are running the SG Optimiser plugin? If that is the case, then please try to disable file compression under Enfold->Performance, to see if that changes anything.

RikardFebruary 11, 2021 at 11:23 am in reply to: PLEASE HELP!: ENFOLD THEME NOT SHOWING ON WORDPRESS #1279708Hi,
Thanks for the update. I tried logging into GoDaddy, but it’s asking for a confirmation code via SMS or email. Is there no way that you can create a regular WordPress login for us? If not, then please try sharing the confirmation code with us. It might expire before we get to try it though.

Thanks for the updates, so everything is working as it should now then?
Best regards,
RikardHey RosannaK,
Since that element is full width, you should try to keep the image as large as possible. 1500 pixels or above should likely do it. Keep in mind that some loss of image data is inevitable when using images are used as backgrounds.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4, to see if that helps.

RikardFebruary 11, 2021 at 5:50 am in reply to: Mobile Issues – Burger Menu no links & Masonry Gallery not displaying images #1279657Hi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. The masonry seems to be working fine on my end when I check it in mobile emulation in Chrome, did you find a solution to the problem? If not, then please try to explain the problem a bit further, and let us know how to reproduce it.
Best regards,
RikardHallo Detlef,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I tried checking your site again, but the WordPress login details you posted earlier are not working, please check and verify.
LG,
RikardHi Manuel,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I checked your site again, and the jQuery migrate plugin was set to 1.12.4, but the front end was cached, so the mobile menu wasn’t working. I cleared the cache, and the mobile menu started working after that.
The new version of the theme is still not available, but we have a fix for the mobile menu already, which we can implement on your site, if you like. If you would like that, then we can do that via FTP. Please verify that you have backups of your site, before we implement the fix for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi dithinks,
Thanks for the update. The slider on your front page is working fine on my end, did you manage to get things working?
