Hi MyGirlFriday805,
If the problem you are having is occurring with Youtube videos, then we are aware of the problem. We don’t have a fix at the moment though, but maybe you could try using Vimeo or a self hosted video until we have managed to solve the problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi Peter,
The video on the page you linked to seems to be looping on my end, did you manage to find a solution? We currently have problems with Youtube videos, and we’re working on a fix for that.

We are aware of the problem, and we are working on a solution. We don’t have one to offer at the moment though. Until we do, could you try using Vimeo, or a self hosted file instead please?
Best regards,
RikardHey thelonius,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problems you are having please? Also please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can check the backend of your site as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi Marco,
It’s orange on my end, how can we reproduce this problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi Fiona,
Thanks for the update. I tried logging in so that I could have changed the email in the form to my own, in order to check it. The login details you posted earlier are not working now though, so I just sent a regular test using the form. Please let us know if everything works as it should.
Best regards,
RikardHi Tímea,
Thanks for that, but the screenshots are not shared publicly, so we can’t access them. Please change the status of them, or upload them to imgur.com instead, for example.
I tried checking your site, but I’m not sure if I can reproduce the problems you are having, so I think we will need to see those screenshots.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve added this line to your wp-config.php file:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );And that seems to have worked, since the login screen was showing an error message before adding it. After adding it, the login screen works as expected. Could you try working on your site as you normally would, and let us know if you should have any further problem?
Best regards,
RikardHey mmsdev,
We are aware of the problem, but we don’t have a solution at the moment. We’ll post any solutions or suggestions here, once we have them.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve made some adjustments to your site, please review it. Also please note that what I’ve done most likely has to be styled completely different for smaller screen sizes, as the widgets has been placed in an absolute position, in order to match your mockup.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. What I linked to is what is available in the theme for now, if you need the type of functionality which you linked to, then you would have to use a plugin, or third party code, in order to implement it on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Rob,
Thanks for the screenshot. I’m not sure exactly what you are looking to change on your site, and where we can see the actual elements? Please try to explain a bit further, and post a link to your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Alida,
Thanks for that. I can’t see anything strange on your site, but the updates might be blocked by your security plugin. Please try to deactivate that to see what happens then. If that doesn’t work either, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they are blocking cron jobs, or any traffic from envato.com.
Best regards,
RikardHey lisarein,
I’m not sure I understand that problem, it looks like the text is wrapping around the images in your screenshot. What exactly are you looking to change, and where can we see the problem?

RikardFebruary 14, 2021 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Menu items showing behind logo when window resized #1280398Hey lisarein,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Adjust the value 1024 to the screen width on which you want the burger menu to activate.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to select to use the shrinking header, in the Layout menu on the page in question. If you don’t use that, then the header-scrolled class won’t be on the page.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to play with values, for example:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1100px) { #media_image-3 img { max-width: 25%; } }That looks good on my end.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Could you share a link to your WordPress installation as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You are getting a 403 error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file when trying to save that as a template. That means that the server is not allowing it to save, could you reach out to your hosting provider to see which server setting that might be due to please?
Best regards,
RikardHi coolhatwebdesign,
I’ve replied to your other thread, please stick to that from now on. I’ll close this thread for now, since it’s not related to the current problem.

Please try this CSS instead:
.postid-240 .iconbox_content { background: #fcfcfc !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you hide things with CSS, the source code is still on the page, but it’s not shown. If you exclude it using PHP, then it will never render. It’s up to your really, but the PHP solution might be the better choice.
And yes, the ! at the beginning means; if it’s not one of these pages, go ahead render the sidebar.

Thanks for the login token. I can’t reproduce the problem on my end though, I checked in both a regular and incognito/private browser window, and the correct font is shown on first load in both browsers. What exactly do we need to do in order to reproduce the results in your screenshots?

RikardHi Michael,
Sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that helps. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
