Hey navindesigns,
Thanks for the login details. I can’t see any error messages on the front or backend though. Where exactly are you seeing them?
Best regards,
RikardHey FayeMcC,
You can easily check that yourself by inspecting the code in your browser. Here’s what I found on the page you linked to:
1. OMNI CHANNEL API – is one h1 tag
2. FOR MASS NOTIFICATION SOLUTIONS – is a second h1 tag
3. Empty h1 before “Omni channel has become a point of differentiation”
4. Empty h1 before “What is meant by omni channel?”
5. Empty h1 before “Omni channel and mass notification”
6. Empty h1 before “Seamless omni channel alert API”
Please check the content on the page in question, and make the necessary changes.

RikardMarch 2, 2021 at 4:30 am in reply to: Enfold Freelance change Header and menue to enfold default #1284611Hi Philip,
1. You can change the header behaviour under Enfold->Header, or in the Layout menu on the right hand side, when editing individual pages.
2. You can set the menu behaviour under Enfold->Main Menu.
3. You can set that under Enfold->General Styling->Logo Area.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The settings you make in the Layout menu on the actual page should override any global settings under Enfold->Header. If that is not working then we would have to actually see the site in question.
Best regards,
RikardHey Gianluigi,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem in question please?

Thanks for that. Something is creating jQuery errors on your site, but I’m not sure exactly what unfortunately. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options to see if that helps. If not, then please try deactivating all plugins.
Best regards,
RikardHi Didier,
Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If you need help with updating, then please provide us with WordPress admin and FTP login details in private. Also please verify that you have backups of the site.

RikardMarch 2, 2021 at 3:55 am in reply to: Desktop Fullwidth,Mobile Fullscreen both bottom bar Nav' Circles & DownArrow? #1284605Hi,
Thanks for the update. You can select to have a scroll down arrow in the Fullscreen Slider element option, if you need help with styling it a bit differently, then we can try to help out with that. If you want more options in your slider, then you might want to consider using the LayerSlider instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, we’ll keep this thread open for you.

RikardMarch 1, 2021 at 12:56 pm in reply to: WordPress revisions stopped working for some pages only #1284400Hey pattakay,
You won’t lose anything if you simply activate a different theme, and the same goes with disabling plugins. Please make sure that you have backups of your site before changing anything though, just to be on the safe side.
If you need further help from us, then please provide us with details in private, to where we can see and reproduce the problem you are having.
Best regards,
RikardHey natas442,
Is this the same problem as in your other thread? If so then I’ve just replied to it. Please try the CSS out, and continue in the first thread.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top #header .main_menu { background: transparent; } }I can’t reproduce the results which are shown in your screenshot on your actual site, please try loading it in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps.

Could you use a different method of migrating your site, to see if that works better?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Thanks for the login details. I can’t see anything obviously wrong with your site though, could you try to explain the problem you are having a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Siobhan,
Thanks for the update, it’s likely a local problem then. We’ll keep this thread open if you should have any further problems.

RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#footer .widget { margin: 0; } #footer { padding: 15px 0 0 0; } #footer .widget .widgettitle { font-size: 16px; } #footer .widget p { font-size: 12px; }Add [nolink] to the copyright field under Enfold->Footer.

RikardMarch 1, 2021 at 5:13 am in reply to: language switcher flag next to mobile (hamburger) menu #1284317Hi,
You have to edit the media query in the CSS I sent, if you want it to display earlier:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { .responsive #top .av-main-nav .lang-item { display: block; } }I can’t see any indicator under the flags on my end, did you manage to find a solution for that?
Best regards,
RikardHi Emulsions,
Thanks for sharing your solution, it’s much appreciated :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. How exactly are you testing the content on the page in question? How do you know it’s not visible for Google bots?
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
The scroll to top button is only visible after scrolling a certain width down the page. The link you are referring to is at the very top of the page, so you will see it if you scroll down a bit further.
Please add this to Quick CSS in order to hide the Fernwartung menu item on mobile:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { li#menu-item-2846 { display: none; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Alex,
Great, I’m glad that we could help. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see the slider you are referring to on the front page. Did you remove it, or is it on a different page?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top #header .widget { position: absolute; top: 100px; z-index: 99; left: 0; } #ajaxsearchpro1_1 { width: 100%; } }Best regards,
