Thanks for the update. First off, please update to the latest version of the theme (4.8.1). If the problem doesn’t go away after that, then please open an element on the page in question and save. Also make sure that you clear all caches, and select to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance.

It is possible to have more than one page on a site which uses anchor links, yes. The only difference between a one page site, and a site which has more than one page, is that the links link to sections, instead of actual pages.

I see that you have the LayerSlider installed as a plugin, that is the likely reason for this problem, as the LayerSlider is included in the theme as well. If you intend to keep on using the plugin version, then please select to deactivate the bundled version under Enfold->Layout Builder. If not, then please try deactivating the plugin.

We can’t help you with cleaning your site, it would be better if you got specialists like Sucuri to do it for you. If you want to try to yourself, then I would suggest that you completely remove all the theme files, then upload a fresh copy of the theme files after that, via FTP. After that then you should change all passwords on the site. Make sure that you have backups of the site, before changing anything.
