So the same problem happens if you change to another theme as well? If so then it’s not theme related. Please try reaching out to the developers of the plugin in question, to see if they can help you out.

I checked your site as well, and I’m seeing the same thing as in Victorias screenshots. If you should have any further problems, then please update to the latest version of the theme (4.8.1): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Hi Alan,

Thanks for the video. I can see the same problem on your site, but I can’t reproduce it on a local installation. Could you try to disable all plugins, to see if that changes anything? If not then please post FTP login details in private as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you. Also please give us permission to temporarily disable plugins, for testing purposes.

Hi,

Thanks for that. I activated the parent theme, and it starts working as it should after that. That means that something in your child theme is causing this problem. I wanted to check the content of the child theme, but the Appearance->Editor functionality is disabled on your installation.

Thanks for the update. Could you share the token which you are using with us in private? If you are getting 403 error then you need to give the token the correct permissions: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5

This is not our update process, it comes from Envato. If have any complaints about it, then please direct it to them.

Are you using the SG Optimiser plugin? If so then please try to turn off file compression under Enfold->Performance, to see if that helps. If not, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

Thanks for that. Something is likely blocking the update from appearing on the backend, most likely your security plugin. Could you try to disable that temporarily, then check manually under Enfold->Theme Update, to see if that makes any difference?

Hi,

Widget on blog; those are the default widgets, since you haven’t added any of your own under Appearance->Widgets. Please try to add some of your own content there.

Blog posts on the front page; you don’t have any posts in the category which you have selected in the element options. Please add some posts to that category.

Google Recaptcha; you have disabled that in the theme options, so I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having with it?

Hi,

Which images are not displaying exactly? It looks like you front page is different from the demo, you can change that in the main page of the theme options. You can change your menu under Appearance->Menus, and add or remove any page you want there.
