I’m very sorry for the late reply. We haven’t tested the theme with the plugin in question unfortunately, but we can check for compatibility if you like. I couldn’t find the actual plugin though, do you have a link to where we can download it?

I’m very sorry for the late reply, we’ve been very busy the last few weeks.

1. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

2. You can set that on the page in private. First upload the image you want to use, then select to use it as a banner in the Enfold Child Category Styling option on the same page.

3. It’s not possible to set an image to load a certain percentage unfortunately, but this might be due to caching. You could try clearing the cache from your caching plugin, or disabling, to see if that changes anything. If not, then there’s not much we can do about that.

4. Could you try to explain a bit further what you would like to change on mobile on the about page?

I’m very sorry for the late reply. We haven’t been able to find what is going wrong unfortunately. I tried activating your parent theme, and deactivated all plugins as well, but it didn’t make any difference.

I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a closer look as well, please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.

I’m seeing a lot of 404 errors coming from caching plugin(s), please see private for an example. Please try to clear the cache from your caching plugins, then deactivate, or change the settings in them, to see if that helps.

There’s no Google Maps element on the page you linked to, could you try to explain the problem a bit further please?

You are getting error message from the file in private. What happens if you clear the cache from the plugin, or leave it deactivated? If that doesn’t help then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
