Hi rvga,
I’m sorry for the late reply. So you have rolled back the theme to 4.7.6.4, and things are working as they should with editing after that? If you need further help from us, then please let us know what you are having problems with, and include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Thanks @guenni007 for helping out :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. Please try adding your image to a widget in the header: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area. We can help you out with styling, once the content is added.
Best regards,
RikardMarch 12, 2021 at 7:26 am in reply to: Menu comment : Changer home (anglais) par Casa (Italien) #1287596Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I checked your site, and it looks like you haven’t assigned a menu to the main menu (Enfold Child Menu principale), under Appearance->Menus. Could you try to assign the menu you want as your main menu there please?

RikardMarch 12, 2021 at 6:57 am in reply to: Fullscreen Slider loads same picture two times in Chrome. #1287595Hey Pako,
Sorry for the late reply. I tried reproducing this in Chrome, but I can only see the image in question being loaded one. Please see screenshot in private. Did you find a solution for this problem?
If you only need a static full screen background image, then you can try using a Color Section element instead.
Best regards,
RikardHey breezemedia,
Sorry for the late reply. Could you post a link to the page in question, so that we can have a closer look please?

RikardHi dillionline,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I checked your site again just now, and the keyboard starts responding after I deactivate the Analytify – Google Analytics Dashboard plugin. Could you verify that it’s working on your end as well, if you deactivate that plugin?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. It looks like you CSS is cached, does it make any difference if you clear the cache, or leave the caching plugin deactivated? Also please try to disable file compression under Enfold->Performance, and make sure that the option to delete the old CSS and JS files is active, on the same page.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I checked your site again just now, and the Book Now button is working on every click now. Did you manage to find a solution for this problem?

Hi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. It won’t be possible to avoid the flyout to not cover any elements unfortunately. Maybe you want to apply a solid background instead? That way the elements under it, won’t shine through.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. Are things working as they should now? If not, then please try to disable all plugins, as it might be conflict with one of them. Also please update the login token, as it’s not working anymore.
Best regards,

I’m very sorry for the late reply. I checked for a solution for this, but I haven’t been able to find one. I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look as well. Please reply to this thread, so that it gets added back to our support queue.

RikardMarch 12, 2021 at 4:15 am in reply to: Grid layout with background images that disappear on mobile #1287568Hi,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi mauro_gallone,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. We’ve been trying to find the problem on your site, but we haven’t been able to find the cause unfortunately. It’s most likely that it’s a server setting, which is causing a 404 error on the file private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can help you out further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Robert,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I tried checking your site again, but the login details are not working anymore. Please check and verify, and post them in private, so that we can view your actual site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mark,
Thanks for the update. All the resources which are loaded in the theme are needed for it function as it should. If you want to exclude some things, then you do so under Enfold->Performance->Disable Template Builder Elements.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. Could you post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can check the code on your actual site please?

RikardHi,
I’m sorry for the very late reply. Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .avia-caption { bottom: 0; left: 0; } .avia-caption-content p { font-size: 12px !important; line-height: 12px; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. We’ve been trying to find a solution for your problem, but haven’t able to do so unfortunately. The simplest solution might be to hide the footer on your course pages, would that be an alternative for you? If not then I think it will require large amounts of customisations, which would be out of scope of theme support.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sebastian,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. If you need to give an ID to the first header on the blog post you linked to, then you will have to use the Layout Builder and add a Special Heading element. You can add the ID in the Advanced tab in the element options. It looks like you are currently not using the layout builder to create your posts, that means that the title header will be generated automatically, and you won’t have the option to add an ID to it.

RikardMarch 11, 2021 at 9:03 am in reply to: Animations not starting (Animated numbers, images an contact form) #1287333Hi Sean,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I checked the test page, but I can’t see any problems there. The animated numbers are working as they should, are you seeing the same thing on your end?
If you should continue to have problems of this nature, then please try updating to the latest version of the theme (4.8.1), to see if that helps: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi bucksharp,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. Could you send us the original images which are creating this problem, so that we can try to reproduce it on a local or test installation please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. Please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can access your site. Also please let us know and where we can reproduce the problem you are having.

RikardHi marcomila,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. Are you still having problems with this? Could you please publish the site on a server which we can access without having to edit our host files please?
Best regards,
RikardHi corefocusgroup,
Thanks for sharing your findings. I’m not sure which files to exclude unfortunately, did you the files listed by @barnez1?
Best regards,
RikardHi Mkilgus,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. If updating to Enfold 4.8 worked for you, then I can only assume that Enfold was at least partly responsible for the problems you were having, since we had some problems with the new jQuery version in WordPress core. Those problems are now solved in 4.8.
Best regards,
RikardHi frankeee,
I’m sorry for the late reply. You could try to add a different version of the script for mobile, like so:
function scrollToDiv(){ if(wp_is_mobile()) { ?> <script> jQuery(document).scroll(function() { var sections = jQuery('.avia-section'), menu = jQuery('a[href^="#"]'); menu.on('click', function(event) { var target = jQuery(this.getAttribute('href')); if( target.length ) { event.preventDefault(); jQuery('html, body').stop().animate({ scrollTop: target.offset().top - 200 }, 1000); } window.location.hash = this.getAttribute('href'); }); }); </script> <?php } else { ?> <script> jQuery(document).scroll(function() { var sections = jQuery('.avia-section'), menu = jQuery('a[href^="#"]'); menu.on('click', function(event) { var target = jQuery(this.getAttribute('href')); if( target.length ) { event.preventDefault(); jQuery('html, body').stop().animate({ scrollTop: target.offset().top - 200 }, 1000); } window.location.hash = this.getAttribute('href'); }); }); </script> <?php } } add_action('wp_head', 'scrollToDiv');Adjust the 200 value on this line in the first block, to your liking:
scrollTop: target.offset().top - 200Best regards,
