Hi,
Thanks for that, I see the same problem on my end as well. Could you try installing this plugin, to see if that changes anything please? https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardHi Arjan,
Thanks for the update. I’ve added this for you in Quick CSS, which changes the break point for Grid Row elements to 100% on all screens below 990 pixels:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .av-flex-cells .no_margin { width: 100%; display: block; } }I’m not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for. If not, then please let us know what you would like to change.
Best regards,
RikardHi Patrick,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m still getting the same 404 error message unfortunately, and I tried it using a european VPN IP with the same results as well. Is access restricted to only Austria maybe? We don’t have any moderators located in Austria unfortunately.
Screen share; I’m not sure what you mean by that? We don’t doubt that you can access the login page normally, but we can’t on our ends.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. I can’t see anything which would cause that to happen unfortunately. I tried removing all your custom CSS, but the behaviour is still the same after that. I see that your child theme is empty as well, so the problem is likely not coming from there either.
Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if that changes anything please? If not, then please try to upload a fresh version of the theme via FTP.
Best regards,

Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardMarch 25, 2021 at 7:17 am in reply to: Highlight a word in page after search result redirects #1290312Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. Maybe you could try a plugins to achieve that? https://wordpress.org/plugins/highlight-search-terms/
Please note that we haven’t tested the theme with any plugins which provide that type of functionality.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. There nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. It looks like your first CSS is applying to all three elements, please try assigning a different class or ID to each of the cards, then update the CSS accordingly.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see any reason as to why some of your elements are behaving like that unfortunately, but I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look as well. Please reply to this thread once you have read it, so that it gets added back to our support queue.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sebastian,
Thanks for the clarification, and for the screenshot. The workflow you are describing is unfortunately not possible at the moment.
Best regards,
RikardHey Yossi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m having difficulties following your wishes, could try to explain the problem you are having a bit further, or post screenshots highlighting it please?

Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. Are you referring to Enfold demo data, or some other type of import?
Best regards,
RikardHi cmykrgb1234,
I don’t have an iphone to test with unfortunately, but I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look as well. Please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.

RikardHey lachien,
Please try to stick to one problem at a time in the future. Try this in Quick CSS for your first request:
.avia-caption.av-slideshow-caption { width: 100%; text-align: center; height: 100%; padding-top: 25%; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details, they are working now. I’m not sure exactly what we need to do in order to reproduce the problem you are having though, could you try to explain that a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshots, and sorry for the late reply. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.page-id-8987 .avia-icon-list .iconlist_icon { background-color: green; }Best regards,
RikardMarch 25, 2021 at 4:54 am in reply to: Frontend publisher pro insert Media object button not working #1290274Hi,
Thanks for the update. Would you be able to send the plugin in question to us, so that we can try it out on a test installation? If you send us FTP details, then we can download it ourselves. If we can reproduce the problem on the test installation, then we’ll try to find a solution for it. Please note that finding a solution might not be very quick, since we have to prioritise development of the theme core.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot, I see the problem now. Please try this in Quick CSS:
span.woocommerce-Price-amount bdi, span.woocommerce-Price-amount .woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol { font-family: 'assistant' !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try this CSS instead:
#header { background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.1); }Best regards,
RikardHi Peter,
There’s not really anything of value in the private conversation in that thread, did you try to implement the code Yigit posted? If not, then you can try using an Icon Grid element, which is kind of similar.

RikardMarch 24, 2021 at 7:09 am in reply to: Timeline Possibilities? Horizontal line with hidden/appearing text #1290039Hi Peter,
The closest thing to your screenshot would be the timeline element set to horizontal layout. We can’t customise it to look exactly like in your screenshot though. I’m not aware of any plugins which would add that type of functionality either unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and for the screenshots. I see the same spacing on desktop as well, could you try to add some bottom padding to the Treatments header, in the Styling tab in the element options?
If you need custom CSS, then you can try something like this in Quick CSS:
.page-id-957 div.av-special-heading-h3 { padding-bottom: 15px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. The login token you posted previously has expired, could you renew it please? Also, are we allowed to disable plugins temporarily on your installation, for debugging purposes?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details, and sorry again for the late reply. The update indication seems to be working as it should now, but when I try to actually update, I get the same error as you did. I’m not sure why that is unfortunately, but I’m guessing that it’s a server setting which is blocking the update.
We can install the new version manually for you instead. If you want us to do that, then please include FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry again for the late reply. I see that you have header.php in the child theme, could you try copying the content from the parent theme file in your child theme, then add your customisations back after that? If that is not the problem, then please try to remove all functions from functions.php, then add them back on by one to see which one is causing the problem.
If you should need further help with this problem, then please include FTP login details with your next reply as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. So when exactly does the notice in question appear? Like I wrote before, I can’t see it on either of the pages you linked to. In order to give you an answer, we would have to be able to at least know when and how the notice appears.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. I saved the front page, and cleared the cache from your caching plugin, and that seems to have helped. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey icphillips,
Sorry for the late reply. Please try this in your functions.php file:
function ava_add_target_blank_masonry() { ?> <script> jQuery(document).ready(function($) { $('a.av-masonry-entry').attr('target', '_blank'); }); </script> <?php } add_action( 'wp_footer', 'ava_add_target_blank_masonry');Best regards,
RikardHey karel,
Sorry for the late reply. Are you referring to the Tag Cloud widget? If so then that should be available for you in the sidebar, under Appearance->Widgets. If you need to edit the actual tags, then you can do so under Posts->Tags.
Best regards,
RikardHey Nicola,
Sorry for the late reply. The easiest way to achieve that would likely be 3/4 + 1/4 layout, then create custom divs inside the 3/4 layout, in order to apply the background colours. If you need further help with this, then please link to where we can see your layout so far.
Best regards,
Rikard -
