Sorry for the late reply. The theme doesn’t control how your email client should treat different emails. Please try checking the settings in your email client, to see if you can white list the ones coming from the form on your site.

Sorry for the late reply. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Sorry for the late reply. It sounds like you are getting locally cached results on your end, if you are seeing different results in different browsers. Please try loading the site in incognito or private browser windows, in order to avoid local caching. Also please make sure to clear the cache from your caching plugin.

Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. I can’t see anything obviously wrong with your site, so I’m not sure where to start to be honest with you. Is there a sure way to reproduce the problems which you have been having? To exclude the possibility of you seeing cached results on your end, then I would suggest that you clear the cache from your plugin, or disable it. Also make sure that you clear the cache from your local browser as well, or check the site in an incognito or private browser window.

Thanks for the login details. It looks like you are using webp images, and that format is not supported unfortunately. Please see example in private.
If you didn’t select that manually, the it might be the Imagify plugin which is doing that automatically.

Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. The login details you posted are working, but we can’t see anything on the backend, since the account doesn’t have admin rights.
If you think that your child theme is causing the problem, then please try to activate the parent. If the problem goes away, then you can try to remove everything from your child, then add the customisations back one by one, to see when it starts breaking.

Thanks for the login details. Does the same problem happen if you disable all plugins except for WooCommerce? If that doesn’t change anything, then please check what happens if you enable the parent theme, or one of the default WordPress themes.

If you are running a stand alone version of the LayerSlider, then you will have to deactivate the bundled version in the theme first under Enfold->Layout Builder.

I’m not sure how that plugin works exactly, but the layout builder should only be active for pages and portfolio items by default: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#alb-for-any-post-type. Does you events not use a custom post type?
