Hi Hanna,
Your user is registered with your personal email, so I’m not sure why it would go to another email. The emails are automated, so we can’t send mails to an address which we don’t have a record of.

I can’t see anything like that on your site, it’s loading fine on my end. Could you try loading it in an incognito or private browser window please?
Best regards,
RikardHey wabrahams,
Try adding a # character as the link for your custom link, then go in and edit the URL manually after you have added it to your menu. That worked when I tried it on a test installation.
Best regards,
RikardHi Alex,
Thanks for reaching out. We are not interested in your offer at the moment though.
Best regards,
RikardHey Hoernchen089,
There is nothing like that in the theme by default no. You would have to use WPML, which is supported by the theme, or a similar third party solution.
Best regards,
RikardHey Anette,
Please try this in Quick CSS, in order to activate the mobile menu at an earlier point:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1240px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,

RikardHi Beat,
Thanks for the clarification. On the first site, the page looks like it has been created using the Blog Posts element in the Layout Builder. Could you try using that method on the other site as well please?

Thanks for the login details. I’m getting blocked by a firewall though, please see private. Could you turn that off, or let us know from where, and how, we can access your site?

RikardApril 11, 2021 at 4:45 am in reply to: Woocommerce Cart , Update and Delete Button donst work #1293722Hi,
Thanks for the update, let’s stick to one problem at a time. Why do you need to define the home and site URL parameters in your wp-config.php file? It should not be necessary, as WordPress should be able to handle that automatically for you. I’m guessing the problem is due to those lines of code, since your site is trying to redirect to the URL you have set. Could you try removing those two lines, to see what happens then?

Thanks for the update. So everything is working as it should now then?

RikardHi Mark,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Bernd,
If you are using a Button element, then you can set that in the element options. If you want to create it manually, then you can try code like this:
<a href="URL of your video" target="_blank">This is a link to my video</a>Best regards,
RikardApril 11, 2021 at 4:31 am in reply to: Adding animated gif next to the social media icons header #1293718Hi,
Thanks for that. We can’t help you out with CSS unless we can actually see the elements on a live site though.

RikardHey sitesme,
Please refer to this: https://www.codeblocq.com/2016/08/Turn-an-image-to-Black-and-White-on-hover-with-CSS/

RikardHey Ikyo,
There are no custom post types for pages as far as I know, you can only do that for posts.
Best regards,
RikardHi Alex,
Thanks for the update. All Color Sections have a minimum height of 100 pixels, you can adjust the section in question with this CSS:
.home #av_section_2 { min-height: 0; }Best regards,
RikardHi Jeffrey,
This is very likely not theme related, you could verify that by activating one of the default WordPress themes for example. Your hosting provider should be in a better position to help you out with this.
Best regards,
RikardHi Audrey,
Thanks for the update. We’ll keep this thread open for you, in case you should have any further problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mike,
I guess it would be possible if the theme CSS file was cached for example, are you running a caching plugin on the site? And do you have file compression active in the theme options? If so, then please make sure that the options to delete the old CSS and JS files is active there.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
We can’t support third party plugins unfortunately. Please try reaching out to the plugin developers, or try an alternative, like Yoast SEO for example.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can upload screenshots to services like Dropbox, Google Drive, Imgur etc, then link to them here. We would need to see the actual problem on your site in order to help you out, would it be ok if we added it to see the problem? If so, then please include admin WordPress login details with your next reply as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having though, could you try explaining a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try replacing your current code with this:
function add_custom_blog_logo(){ ?> <script> jQuery(window).load(function(){ jQuery('.blog .logo img').attr('src','https://bluecarrot.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/blue-carrot-catering-logo-blog-1.png'); jQuery('.single-post .logo img').attr('src','https://bluecarrot.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/blue-carrot-catering-logo-blog-1.png'); jQuery('.category .logo img').attr('src','https://bluecarrot.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/blue-carrot-catering-logo-blog-1.png'); }); </script> <?php } add_action('wp_footer', 'add_custom_blog_logo');Best regards,
RikardHi pastoralexs,
Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi lesilencedumidi2021,
I see the same thing on my end unfortunately, the two pages in private lead to the same backend, even though they have different IDs. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? If it does, then it’s likely not theme related. Also please try deactivating all plugins, to see what happens then.
Best regards,
Rikard -
