You can inspect each of the elements in your browser, then you will see that each hotspot has a unique class. This is an example which will move the first one:

That looks like the default mega menu which comes with the theme. If you are having problems with creating a mega menu, then please let us know what you are having problems with specifically.

Which version of the theme are you running? Please make sure that it’s the latest one (4.8.1) first of all: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Please note that the plugin in question is not officially supported by the theme, so out support is limited.

I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, what exactly is responsible for sending the missing information? If the same problem happens when you are not running Enfold, then the problem is not theme related, and out support is limited when it comes to problems with third party plugins or code.

First off, I would suggest that you update all your plugins, the theme, and WordPress. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

I can’t view the product page you linked to, it only redirects to the home page. If you want more freedom in your single product pages layout, then you can try using the Layout Builder to create them.

Thanks for the update. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? Did you try to disable all other plugins that the one which is causing problems on your site?

Please note that our support is limited for non-supported third party plugins, and the theme cannot be compatible with all plugins out there.

Please add a custom CSS class to the columns which you want to apply that styling to, for example align-content-top, then add this to Quick CSS:
```
.av-align-middle.align-content-top {
    vertical-align: top;
}
```

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Hi Dirk,

Thanks for the update. I see that you have used the Layout Builder to create your posts. When that is the case, then everything needs to be added manually to posts. You can use the Comments and Post Metadata elements for example.

The CSS which Ismael posted targets the ID of a section, if you want it to apply to all containers on the page, then please try this CSS instead:
