Hey wealthyone,
Sorry for the problem. Open html markup, or special characters can cause that to happen unfortunately. Like this example in your content for example:
<h4><span style="color: #000000;">>> Healthy Homes</span></h4>The two closing brackets before the text might be breaking the layout builder, could you try removing things like that from your content, to see if that helps?
If you need further help with this, then please create a test page, and give us admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer looks.
Best regards,

I can’t see any problems on my end, could you post a screenshot of the problem please? Also please try loading your site in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps.

RikardHey Louis,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on your server.

RikardApril 19, 2021 at 5:16 am in reply to: PORTFOLIO POST – 3 videos or more causes problem when encased in 2/3 column #1295074Hi Pete,
Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardApril 19, 2021 at 5:12 am in reply to: How to link a button in one page with a certain point of another page #1295073Hey _claudio_,
Please give an ID to the element which you want to link to, in the Advanced tab in the element options. Then you add that ID to the page you want to link to, for example:
https://your.site/page/#name-of-idThat is the URL you should use as the link in your button.
Best regards,
RikardHey phouthuijzen,
Please try this in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { main.content .av_one_fourth { width: 100%; } }This will apply globally to your site, that means that all 1/4 elements will be affected by it on tablet sizes. If you want more specific CSS, then please let us know.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The mobile menu is working as it should when the parent theme is active, so something in your child theme is causing this to happen. Could you try removing all your customisations, then add them back one by one, in order to find out which one it is please?

RikardHi,
I can’t see a 404 error on either of the languages on your front page, did you manage to find a solution for this? If not, then please try to explain the problem a bit further.

function ava_tab_section_arrows(){ ?> <script> (function($) { if($(".av-tabsection-navs").length == 0) { $(".av-tab-section-container").prepend("<div class='av-tabsection-navs'><div class='av-tabsection-nav-prev'>Prev</div><div class='av-tabsection-nav-next'>Next</div</div>") } $(".av-tabsection-navs div").on("click", function(e) { if(e.currentTarget.classList.contains("av-tabsection-nav-prev")) { $(".av-active-tab-title").prev().trigger("click"); } if(e.currentTarget.classList.contains("av-tabsection-nav-next")) { $(".av-active-tab-title").next().trigger("click"); } }); })(jQuery); </script> <?php } add_action('wp_footer', 'ava_tab_section_arrows');Best regards,
RikardHi Claudia,
I think the easiest way would to give the client a purchase code which you haven’t used before. It doesn’t matter which one it is, as long as it hasn’t been used to register a user here on the forum.

RikardHey wealthyone,
That should be possible with custom CSS, could you post a link to where we can see the actual elements please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We are not aware of any compatibility problems related to the performance/caching plugins you are referring to.
The RGB format is not supported unfortunately, only HEX. If you need to use RGB, then you would have to use custom CSS.
I can’t see the transparent dropdown problem on your actual site, I’m guessing that you managed to find a solution?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You would set the priority as the third argument in add_action: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/add_action/, or try replacing wp_head with wp_footer.
Best regards,
RikardHi Pawel,
Thanks for the clarification. I’m not sure exactly how that plugin works, but I can’t see any reason as to why it should not work with Enfold.
Best regards,
