Hey MysticMimi,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok, that’s great. Then you should use that class when you target elements. This is working on my end for example:
.av_one_third.kds-column-border { margin-left: 0.9%; width: 33%; }Best regards,
RikardApril 19, 2021 at 9:30 am in reply to: Slide element does not work post WordPress update 5.7.1 #1295182Hey naturhoteltanca,
I’m seeing error messages related to jQuery on your front page, I’m not sure what is causing them though. Could you try to disable all plugins, to see if that changes anything please?

RikardHi Mickey,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We are not accepting guest posts at the moment though.
Best regards,
RikardHey JH,
1. The latest version is 4.8.1
2. No it is not.
3. The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHey ShopFloorAutomations,
The Tab Section element is a full width element. If you need a non full width element, then please use the regular layout elements such as 1/2 elements for example.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that it’s gone now. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHey Moescube,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.single-product li.reviews_tab { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardApril 19, 2021 at 8:37 am in reply to: Individual fixed max. height for several content-slider-elements on same page. #1295148Hey Mischa,
You need fixed heights for the elements in question, otherwise they will adapt to the content you put in them. If you need further help with this, then please post a link to where we can see the actual problem.

Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Norbert,
Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5
Best regards,
RikardHi Hanna,
Thanks for that. I’ve added this for you in your style.css file:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1250px) { #header_main_alternate .main_menu a { font-size: 17px; } }Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Thorsten,
If you have recently bought a license, then support is included in that. You don’t need to do anything in order to receive support from us.
Best regards,
RikardHey Mischa,
Please refer to the documentation here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#troubleshoot. Try installing the plugin, then use the special codes, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHey Marc,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Also please try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHey dellato,
I’m not sure I understand exactly what you need help with, could you try to explain that a bit further? Please note that our support cannot cover problems which are caused by customisations to the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHey digifrizzllp,
LayerSlider is bundled with the theme, and it’s not the pro version. If you want to use a standalone version of the plugin, then please select to disable the bundled version under Enfold->Layout Builder.

RikardApril 19, 2021 at 7:44 am in reply to: how can I change custom widget title header tag from h3 to h2 or to paragraph #1295130Hi,
Thanks for the update. It might be easier to simply place the h2 element in your content then:
<h2>This is your header</h2> <p>This is your content</p>Best regards,
RikardHey asplinstudio,
There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, and creating something like that would be out of scope of theme support. You could try searching for a plugin or third party code.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes, normally that would be straight forward to achieve, but your header is created using the Layout Builder. I’m not sure why you have chosen to do it that way? Could you try setting your logo in the regular header instead please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m still not sure what code you want to add where though, could you try to be a bit more specific please?
Best regards,
RikardHey micha1986,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Pavel,
That is not possible unfortunately, since it’s the container element which needs to be 100% wide. Placing full width elements inside of a container which is not full width, won’t make any difference.
Best regards,
