Hi dcshortwave,
Could you post a screenshot highlighting your intentions please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi phausner,
SEO plugins can’t read the content in the Layout Builder, because it’s all in shortcode on the backend. On the front end, it’s all available for indexing though, so it won’t affect your actual SEO results.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We don’t have any plans for that at the moment, no.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You could hide the element in question on mobile, in the element options. Then replace it with a regular video element on mobile.

RikardApril 22, 2021 at 4:54 am in reply to: Why is there an import/export function if it doesnt import/export? #1295910Hi,
Thanks for the update. I tried reproducing what you are describing, but I’m not able to. The footer settings are all imported on my end. If it’s not applying straight away for you, then please try to toggle a theme setting, then save again. Or try to disable file compression, and turn on the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #header_main .container { height: 90px !important; } #text-8 p span { color: green !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Michelle,
Thanks for sharing, and for using Enfold :-)
If you need help with a design or a technical problem, then please open a new thread.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. That layout is difficult to achieve unfortunately, I think the easiest option would be if you simply added the copyright text to your menu.
Best regards,
RikardHey shawnbanack,
There’s nothing in the theme, or any of the demos, which would restrict your site from being indexed by search engines. Maybe you have check the Search engine visibility checkbox under Settings->Reading?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
We released a new version of the theme today, could you try updating to that please?

RikardApril 21, 2021 at 7:12 am in reply to: Slide element does not work post WordPress update 5.7.1 #1295696Hi,
Thanks for the update. It looks like the URL you have added to the button in your menu is creating the problem, please see private. Please try replacing that URL to see if it helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi SuperflyVisuals,
This problem is fixed in the latest version of the theme (4.8.1), could you try updating to that please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardApril 21, 2021 at 6:47 am in reply to: Hilfe! Nach Enfold-Update; Layerslider funktioniert danach nicht mehr #1295689Hi HeinzRudolf,
Thanks for the update. You might have been getting locally cached results, did you try clearing the cache from your plugin and local browsers, then restarting them?

RikardApril 21, 2021 at 6:24 am in reply to: Issue with Enfold Photography theme and woocommerce payment plugin #1295686Hi,
Thanks for the update. So the problem occurs on your live site as well? If so, then please give us access to it in private. I would suggest that you reach out to the plugin developers for help as well, as our support is limited in cases like these. You can also try switching to a different theme, to see if the same problem happens then.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. First off, Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please activate a default WordPress theme, to see if the same problem happens after that. If it does, then it’s not theme related, and likely caused by a plugin.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You asked for code for the Easy Slider, I’m not sure which element you are looking to align the captions for now?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not familiar with the type of code you want to add unfortunately, and there’s no way of adding code like that to a button element by default in the theme. That means that you will need custom code, if it’s possible to add it at all. Could you give us an example of code that you want to add, and exactly where you want to add it please? If you can’t provide us with that, then it will be difficult to help you out.

RikardApril 21, 2021 at 4:20 am in reply to: Starting again – I got no response: Fontello Icons rendering as little boxes #1295662Hi,
Great, I’m glad that you got things working. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo img { float: right; } .responsive #top .logo { width: 100%; } .responsive #top #wrap_all .main_menu { right: auto; } }Best regards,
RikardApril 21, 2021 at 4:15 am in reply to: Layerslider error preventing login to website WP dashboard #1295659Hey yohanna16,
Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi waxingmedia,

RikardHi binyamin2,

Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. What kind of problems did you run into? Where can we see the results you are getting?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you can send us the shortcodes for the page, or the elements in the screenshots, then we should be able to recreate it on a test or local installation.
Best regards,
